  This home was perfect for our stay in Tybee. The location is perfect. Close to the front and back beach! I loved getting up in the morning and strolling from the back to the front beach (about a 45 minute stroll). The home is beautiful! The elevator is great for hauling the luggage up and carrying in groceries. All the bedrooms are nice sizes and the beds are the most comfortable bed I have ever been in. Everything is extreamly clean. The appliances are nice stainless steel and the washer and dryer are frontload. The balconies are great. The views are great from the second balcony and the rooftop deck. There is furniture on both balconies which was great for visitng with friends and have morning coffee. There was plenty of room for our large group. The neighbors are nice. Mandy and the rental company are easy to work with and you can tell that Mandy sincerley cares about her home and her guests. She was quick to reply to all emails and was so helpful. We have made Tybee our Spring Break location for two years now. It is great for the kids and adults as there is plenty for everyone to do while there. The main strip is about a 4 minute walk from the home so you can enjoy shopping and the night life, yet you are far enough away that you can also enjoy the peaceful neighborhood the home is in. I will return to this home again!

  I spent way too much time researching every rental house on Tybee and thought this house was too good to be true. But it wasn't, it was perfect for such a reasonable price!! Everything is brand new and gorgeous. My husband, two kids, and parents stayed here last week and loved it. There was plenty of room and such a great location, only a few blocks from the beach. The beds were so comfy, I need to ask Mandy what kind they are, I think I'm going to have to buy one for our house! Also, Mandy and the rental company were so easy to work with. I highly recommend this house. If we ever go back, we will definitely stay here!

  Owner was super easy to work and house was perfect for our quick stay while in town (Savannah) for a wedding. House was clean and well maintained. The elevator was a nice feature for bringing in the luggage.

  My family and some friends stayed here and we really enjoyed our stay. We had never been to Tybee Island and we loved the area. The house is located in a great spot-very close to the back river ( which is great for people with little children) and within walking distance to the ocean. We walked every day and it was not a bad walk. The house is big, sleeps 10 comfortably, was clean, well kept, had a lot of items you are glad that you do not have to bring with you. The pictures are just like the house, there is space in each bedroom not just a bed and no room to move around. There was plenty of seating in the den and furniture on the decks to enjoy outside time. The roof deck was very nice also you could see the back river from there as well as from the master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms. The bathrooms are very big with room to move around in them. They were clean and very well kept also. The kithcen had everything I could think that I needed and roomy also. I would highly recommend this house to my friends and relatives. I will be staying here again in the future myself! The owner was very helpful and kind. I had no problems with anything! We enjoyed our stay.

  The house was comfortable and close to everything. there is no view of the back river unless you are on the roof, which has no furniture and was smoking hot while we were there (July). Our kids loved the elevator and the management company was very responsive when we had issues. I would say this house sleeps 8. Ten would be tight. It was very nice to have a DVD library because there is no place on the island to rent any.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children.

  Our experience of renting the coastal retreat was seamless. THe pre-trip correspondence with the owner was always prompt and very helpful. The house was very clean when we arrived and it was everything that was promised. Perfect Location for quiet solitude, yet only a short distance from lots of activity. The island is very bicycle friendly and savannah only 20 to 25 minutes away. Truly enjoyable

  This home is just a dream vacation to stay for a week. It's beautifully decorated and very comfortable . . even more so than what's in the pictures. Mandy made sure everything was perfect for us before we arrived and called to make sure everything was going well. Our over-40-all-girls stay there was fantastic. The home was ready for occupancy the moment we arrived. Mandy told us to just bring our beach towels and great attitudes . . . she was right! That's all that is needed. The home is very spacious, the elevator came in handy for the divas that overpacked and was an asset for us when we were ready to leave. The home is very close to the beach, a quick jaunt (about 5 short blocks) to the beach, shopping and eating. This was especially helpful when we needed those last minute souvenirs. The home is a 20 - 30 minute drive on route 80 to Savannah. This too, is a very picturesque and relaxing way to see Tybee Island and Savannah. Not only does vacationing here include the beach, the surf and the sun, but one can also get to tour Savannah, a jewel city in the South. I recommend this home wholeheartedly, since I plan to stay here again with the divas and my family. :)

  What a great Thanksgiving 3 generations of our family had in this beautiful home. There was more than enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve our turkey dinner, including cookbooks to look up last minute details. The photographs don't do this home justice, it is actually much more spacious than we thought. Everything was clean and new with wonderful decorating. The house is well located on the island so visitors are able to walk to the beach as well as some of the local restaurants. Savannah is only a 30 minute drive from the house and a great city to visit. The owners were interested in our comfort and very helpful. We would definitely recommend to family and friends and consider renting this property again.

  My sisters and I choose Tybee Island to celebrate our mother's birthday. The owners were very helful to making our stay great . The house was beautiful very comfortable with all the aminites.We come in dropped our bags home! Even being a duplex it was very private. The house was great! One night we went over to Paula Deen brother's resturant "Bubbys" and guess who we saw Paula, that made our mother birthday complete. So you never know who you may run into. Thanks to the owner again to making their ours.

  Thank you for sharing your lovely, new, home with us. Each room was so well decorated, comfortable, and equipped with all the latest electronics. We leisurely enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch and when we decided to move about the island, we found that your home is close to Tybrisa Street shopping, the Pier, a bicycle rental shop, and restaurants. We can only hope that your home will be available when we return for another wonderful Tybee Island retreat.

Additional information about rental rates

A deposit of half of the nightly rental rate is due in order to secure your reservation. This is a non-refundable deposit. travel insurance is available for purchase if desired. The remaining half of the nightly rental rate plus tax and housekeeping fee is due 48 hours before your arrival.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

Rates do not include a 13% tax or housekeeping fee of $235. Bed linens and bath towels are provided during your stay.
