  What a great time we had! This place is great, very spacious, enough room for our three children (4,7,9) to feel special (no sharing rooms). It would also be great for two families or couples due to the bedroom/bathroom layout. The washer and dryer are a big plus! This is our second time here and we plan on many more visits. The location is PERFECT for enjoying the activities of Punta Mita, all within steps of your door, yet allowing for laidback pool time and lounging on the deck watching the sailboats, and checking in on the multiple surf breaks. Nothing like looking at the local break from your veranda while sipping a margarita, even at sunrise! The kitchen is well appointed and with a stop on the way in to a grocery store we were all set! Even with our new age healthy vegan diet (yes, us parents are middle aged and trying to get back our youthful shape) we were able to enjoy many great beach front meals in the community. Look to Serendipity for good Vegan options, just let Sam know your diet needs, they will surprise you with the quality and creativity served. It was soo good, I went back for a carnivorous meal the next night! And it was worth it! Lobster, Shrimp, chicken, chorizo, and a vegan vegetables all cooked over a wood fire. And don't forget the Mescal! Beds were all comfortable, bathrooms are well appointed and very comfortable, dining room and living room lay out are great, big and open with many comfortable eating areas (we use the kitchen bar seating for eating), seats/couches and connected to a great covered deck that overlooks the beach area, local break, and complex pool (which allowed for easy checking on the pool scene). This penthouse is truly a special find for those that want to have surf luxury next to the beach, the community, and still maintain privacy for those relaxing moments we are all searching for on vacation! We will be back, many times. Thank you Greg and Susan!

  As soon as we opened the door of this property and walked in, my wife, who had been skeptical about a vacation in Mexico, breathed a sigh of relief and confirmed "I love it!" The Penthouse was everything advertised and more. Beautifully decorated and maintained, location only steps from the surf, and with a stunning view of the bay and surf, this luxurious penthouse unit provided us with the vacation experience of a lifetime!. The balcony overlooks the bay and Punta Mita beach. We spent hours enjoying the view, dining at the wonderful outdoor table or lounging in the comfortably upholstered furniture while we watched our children surf. Another huge plus was the concierge, Horacio, who was made available to us for the duration of our stay. Horacio ensured that everything we required or desired was taken care of immediately, including restaurant recommendations and reservations, shopping tips, transportation, SUP and surfboard rental. Even unusual requests like our childrens' desire to go sailing we taken care of in style. Even small details were taken care of for us: an internet connection provided wifi for us, and a vonage telephone connection provided instant connectivity back to the States. Bottled drinking water was provided in abundance, and the spacious kitchen allowed for us to try our hand cooking the local fish and shrimp available at local markets. We chose this property because it suited our family's needs, and because of the location right on Punta Mita beach, one of the premier surf and SUP breaks in the world. We surfed twice a day every day, only coming in mid-day to eat, take a short siesta, and hit it again. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to really enjoy Punta Mita. No driving required, no surfboards required, just bring your bathing suit and shades!

  Absolutely beautiful location across from Banderas Bay. The condo was perfect for 6 gals from San Diego for a bridge getaway. The condo was so large that we had plenty of space to hide away to read a book or just watch the bay when we weren’t out and about in the small town of Punta Mita. The sunrises were spectacular and with a cup of coffee in hand sitting on the patio it was the beginning of 9 wonderful days. All the restaurant and hotel employees treated us like special guests . Horacio from the Cinco Hotel made arrangements for us to travel to San Sebastian to see a 100 year old church and a small community in the mountains east of Puerto Vallarta. The food was great from pizza delivered by Nicole to Super Bowl Sunday at the Serendipity restaurant with Sam and Emma, and to our in home meals prepared in a lovely kitchen. Side trips to Sayulita, La Paz, San Sebastian and San Pancho were great but we were always glad to be back at the condo in Punta Mita to relax and look out at the bay. We hated to leave and hope to make this an annual vacation at this same location.

  We woke up to the sounds of waves because one can sleep with the sliding glass doors of the bedroom open. A group of 6 of us went there for a 'bridge' escape and the condo was big enough and comfortable for all of us. The kitchen is huge and the view is breathtaking. The property was clean and well-maintained. The restaurants nearby were terrific. Nicole, the pizza lady, delivers the most delicious pizzas and freshly baked bread. Horatio set up a wonderful tour for us to San Sebastian. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends.. it is fabulous...

  This condo is amazing! I have stayed here a couple of times and I miss it when I leave. The views are fantastic overlooking the restaurants, beach, surf, and fishing boats. I have seen lots of dolphins and whales sitting on the deck! I is a great spot for a couple of families to share. You can cook in or go to one the great restaurants on the beach a few steps away. A fun place to play in the pool or sandy beach. A great place to learn to surf or Stand Up Paddleboard! You won't be disappointed. One of my favorites.

  Great Condo. Love the layout and the big great room. Kitchen is fantastic as well. Loved sitting on the deck watching the surfers. Restaurants on the beach were fantastic too. Really enjoyed the stay and Horacio looked after us like family.

  I chose this place because I wanted to be closer to the good surf breaks and Sayulita has gotten a bit too busy. This was a guys only trip with 7 guys ages 30-45. I give this place a 10 out of 10. The accommodations are amazing and the space is huge. The unit has all the facilities as home, including laundry. It has the best view in Punta de Mita. There are multiple breaks near by and when the swell is good, the break out front is awesome. I had a couple of my longest rides on my fish right out front. When the swell died down or I needed some steeper drops, La Lancha and Burros was just down the road. Thanks Greg, you've got a great thing going. Nez.

  Stayed here in November..got great surf, great layout for 2 families and enjoyed the restaurants in Punta Mita. Can't wait to come back. Condo was absolutely the nicest we have seen in development.
