This spacious Villa floor plan is tastefully decorated and has a kitchen with Cedar cabinets, black slated granite counter tops, and is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans, glasses and cutlery etc., a Dining room with 6 chairs is just off the kitchen and doors to back terrace with Private Infinity pool and Gazebo. Living room area has a large sofa chaise combination and a large screen TV with a DVD player, Bose stereo system, and Wifi. There are two master suites with Queen beds, all linens provided, hardwood cabinets, and granite counter tops in bathrooms. The third bedroom is a guestroom equipped with twin single beds and there is a third bathroom. This unit has two large terraces, one in the front and one in the rear, both are the length of the home and offer sitting areas to take in the sea breezes, tropical surroundings, and the sounds of the various birds and wildlife.

We spent 2 weeks in the house December 2011. The weather was fantastic. The residence is very well appointed and well maintained. I spent hours in the pool from early, morning until night. Hanging in the back of the infinity pool and talking to the people on the 8th tee of the golf course. The golf course is challenging for a good golfer yet very playable for the less advanced. Fun Game. The people of Costa Rica are friendly. The aria is SAFE. My wife and I walked each night free from worry. There is a decent restraint at the club house and other good ones with in a 20 minute drive. There are stores in Cobono (Town) for groceries .No problem renting a golf cart and an SUV. All in all it was a very laid back, comfortable, and enjoyable vacation. Worth every penny or colon. Spent the month of March 2010 at this excellent home.Enjoyed the pool and gazebo area and found the home to be very well appointed. Laundry facilities available at the house,Be advised that there is local bus service available but it would be advisable to rent a SUV to tour the area. The area is very secure and safe due to the 24 hour security service and the fact that it is a gated community.Shopping wise there is stores in Cobono for groceries . Also lots of restaurants to dine in such as Vista De Sol in the Mal Pais area. All in all it was one of our best relaxing holidays and look forward to going back soon.
