Pet Friendly Condo Directly Across from Beach, Best Deal!

  Just got back from Longboat Key, spent 16 enjoyable nites in the owners unit....highly recommended...so peaceful and quiet....my cats loved the out door screened in porch....everything was as the ad stated....the beach was just steps away and not crowed.....the weather corporated and the sand was great ...as long you did not carry it into the condo... It Was really nice that the Public's grocery was just around the corner....I understand they are tearing it down and building a new Publics...and very soon...don't worry about not having a store, they will put one up in no time...everything worked in the condo, nice big screen TV to boot....bed very comfortable...just like being at home...

  Hosted a get-together with close friends-- the unit's layout was open and perfect for this entertaining! Clean, organized and lovely furniture! Just a few steps from the beach! Would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a tranquil get-a-way combined with the convenience!!

  We stayed here for the weekend and it was wonderful. Nice and quiet, hot water and great water pressure, comfy bed we slept great. The beach is right across the street and was beautiful not many people. Also Publix is very close which was nice. We cant wait to come back

  The unit is clean, comfortable and well furnished - all the comforts of home! The beach is very private and directly across the street. This unit gives you the best of both worlds...can have a quiet, relaxing time on the beach or in a few minutes be in Sarasota for the night life and culture! Will definitely return!

  This a a great little condo. It is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for your vacation. The unit is fresh and clean. The bed and the furniture are high quality and very comfortable. The TV has all the channels you could want and even has DVR. The location of the condo is great - right across the road from a beautiful, quiet beach. You can easily walk to the grocery store just a block away. St. Armand's Circle with all its great stores and restaurants is just a few minutes away by car (or a bike ride, if you're up for it), and downtown Sarasota is also close by. Go the other direction and in a few minutes, you'll be on Anna Maria Island with more great restaurants. The owners are really nice people and have done a great job of making sure the condo is all you expected and more. I highly recommend this unit!

  We enjoyed staying at Neptune very much. It was clean and comfortable, and the views of the setting sun from the patio, lanai, and living room were wonderful. All of the beach gear made running across the street to play a snap. Although this property allows dogs, they are not allowed on the beach. There are however, many places to walk a dog as well as the only dog beach in Sarasota, nearby. The locals were very friendly and warm, and the grocery store was just blocks away. We will be back!

RENTER'S OBLIGATIONS: The renter is not permitted to sublet the property. The renter is responsible for the rented property and its contents. The Renter agrees that the property is to be used solely for recreational purposes and no illegal nor commercial or other activities shall be carried on. The renter and his or her guest(s) must act in such a manner so as to not disturb the occupants of this or nearby buildings. The renter is responsible for ensuring the grounds and property, as well as the furniture and accessories found therein, are kept clean and in the same condition as found upon arrival. The renter must immediately notify the owner of any defect of which he or she is made aware in the property or on the grounds. The property and its furniture and accessories shall not suffer any further wear than that normally incurred through regular use. The renter shall be responsible for covering the entire cost of repairing or replacing any part of the building, or any piece of furniture or accessory, that is stained, broken, missing or defective following abusive use, or use other than normal use, of said building, furniture or accessories. This applies to towels, curtains, sheets, bedspreads and the building in general. The renter must not place anything in the sinks, toilets, bathtub, or showers that could block the pipes. Furthermore, the owner shall maintain all rights to claim reimbursement from the renter for any damage caused to the grounds, property, furniture or accessories. During the rental period, the renter is responsible for cleaning the property and open spaces on the grounds. The owner shall assume no responsibility for any interruption of service (electricity, satellite reception, cable, water or phone) beyond his control. The owner shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss or theft of the personnel effects of the renter or of his or her guest(s) The owner shall not, at any time, be held responsible for an accident occurring on the grounds or in the property mentioned herein. In addition, the persons accompanying children have the exclusive responsibility for protecting the well being of said children during their stay. The renter shall hold the owner harmless in the event of an accident, and furthermore declares holding harmless the homeowner and/or Neptune Condo Association insurance currently in force with Neptune on Longboat Key’s insurance company. CANCELLATION: In case of cancellation by the renter, he or she shall have right to a full reimbursement (deposit + stay), minus $50 for administrative fees, if the owner is able to rent the property for the same rental period. However, the renter shall have no right to reimbursement if the owner is unable to rent the property for the same rental period. Furthermore, no credit shall be given for late arrivals or early departures.
