The location of the condo is fantastic as you will have access to the luxurious Longboat Key Beach nearly to yourself. The island has very little commercialization and there are no fast food chain, but yet still has all the conveniences wanted. No crowds, only a peaceful and relaxing beach that will feel as if it is your piece of heaven. This is a ground floor condo with one bedroom, one bath and ample parking. Kids are welcome and so are pets, for no extra charge. The condo contains a full kitchen, queen bed, bath/shower, washer/dryer (coin operated), wood deck with loungers. We have a auto inflate raised air mattress in the unit, as well as a pull out sofa bed and a pack and play for the kids. This unit is both pet and kid friendly. Beach chairs and linens are provided. Enjoy watching a DVD or cable TV on the 42 inch LCD TV.
We have weekend deals as well, $249/weekend (Thursday-Sunday )with a $60.00 cleaning fee. Great deal for Longboat Key.

Just got back from Longboat Key, spent 16 enjoyable nites in the owners unit....highly recommended...so peaceful and quiet....my cats loved the out door screened in porch....everything was as the ad stated....the beach was just steps away and not crowed.....the weather corporated and the sand was great ...as long you did not carry it into the condo... It Was really nice that the Public's grocery was just around the corner....I understand they are tearing it down and building a new Publics...and very soon...don't worry about not having a store, they will put one up in no time...everything worked in the condo, nice big screen TV to boot....bed very comfortable...just like being at home...

Hosted a get-together with close friends-- the unit's layout was open and perfect for this entertaining! Clean, organized and lovely furniture! Just a few steps from the beach! Would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a tranquil get-a-way combined with the convenience!!

We stayed here for the weekend and it was wonderful. Nice and quiet, hot water and great water pressure, comfy bed we slept great. The beach is right across the street and was beautiful not many people. Also Publix is very close which was nice. We cant wait to come back

The unit is clean, comfortable and well furnished - all the comforts of home! The beach is very private and directly across the street. This unit gives you the best of both worlds...can have a quiet, relaxing time on the beach or in a few minutes be in Sarasota for the night life and culture! Will definitely return!

This a a great little condo. It is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for your vacation. The unit is fresh and clean. The bed and the furniture are high quality and very comfortable. The TV has all the channels you could want and even has DVR. The location of the condo is great - right across the road from a beautiful, quiet beach. You can easily walk to the grocery store just a block away. St. Armand's Circle with all its great stores and restaurants is just a few minutes away by car (or a bike ride, if you're up for it), and downtown Sarasota is also close by. Go the other direction and in a few minutes, you'll be on Anna Maria Island with more great restaurants. The owners are really nice people and have done a great job of making sure the condo is all you expected and more. I highly recommend this unit!

We enjoyed staying at Neptune very much. It was clean and comfortable, and the views of the setting sun from the patio, lanai, and living room were wonderful. All of the beach gear made running across the street to play a snap. Although this property allows dogs, they are not allowed on the beach. There are however, many places to walk a dog as well as the only dog beach in Sarasota, nearby. The locals were very friendly and warm, and the grocery store was just blocks away. We will be back!

However, the renter shall have no right to reimbursement if the owner is unable to rent the property for the same rental period. Furthermore, no credit shall be given for late arrivals or early departures.

About the owner: Family owned property. We live in Bradenton, about thirty minutes from the condo. We think of it as our little beach gem and love to enjoy it when it is not rented.
Why the Owner Chose Neptune:
The unit is very quiet and has a very secluded beach, which we loved! It is a hop, skip and jump to both the beach and some stores and restaurants, therefore the location can not be beat!

You will always get a chance to see lots of wildlife in the water on the beach. We usually see dolphins and many seabirds. We also have sea turtles who nest on the beach and you may be able to see one of their nests during your visit if during season.
