The unit overlooks historic Prince Kuhio Park and is a 1 minute walk to popular Lawai Beach and the Beach House Restaurant, and just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful new Kukui'ula Shopping Center, for shopping, gourmet farmers market and fabulous dining.
Located at the newly upgraded Prince Kuhio complex on Lawai Road, this beautiful condo is just across the street from the beach where you can snorkel, swim, surf and watch the perfect sunset...you may even witness a rare 'Green Flash'.
Our third floor unit is fully stocked with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. It has a nicely upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops, full range, microwave and full size refrigerator. The unit also offers a comfortable queen bed, full bathroom with walk in shower, two TV's and DVD player and free wireless Internet. There is an inflatable queen bed that is also available if you need it.
The complex has a beautiful pool, large laundry room, convenient barbecue and picnic area, gorgeous tropical gardens and plenty of free parking. Your rental also includes two sets of snorkel gear, two beach chairs, ice chest and beach towels....so no need to rent anything. All you need is your bathing suit and toothbrush!

I can't say enough about what a beautiful home this was. The unit looks over Prince Kuhio Park off the lanai. There is a view of the ocean. Go across the street to the Beach House restaurant and enjoy sitting on the wall overlooking the sunset. So beautiful the crowd was clapping. The owners, Bill and Toby have a lovely place that is well taken care of. I love the proximity to Poipu beach. The process was so simple and I will not hesitate to return again. We spent a month in Hawaii (7 nights here) and it was not long enough. I hope to stay here again. With a queen blow up mattress provided along with a closed (shuttered doors) living room it would be quite useful for 2 more guests or kids. Thanks Toby and Bill. P.S. Great kitchen, grounds are very nice.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Great condo for two! This was our first trip to Kauai. This was a comfortable condo with all the amenities! Spacious shower, clean accommodations, and great location. Right across from a beach that was perfect for laying in the sun, snorkeling, and watching the sunset! The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you need for the beach and cooking your own meals. This was a quiet relaxing place to spend our last days in Kauai. The pool was a good place to read in the afternoon. We would recommend this to family and friends for a low key relaxing place close to the beach. Mahalo to the gracious owners for opening there little piece of paradise to us.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

This wonderful "home away from home" was ours for over 5 weeks and we enjoyed every single day of our visit, returning each day to a clean, bright, well-decorated, spacious and airy luxury retreat. Morning walks down to the Spouting Horn were pleasurable as this unit is on a fairly quiet small dead-end street, so not much traffic. Watching sunsets was easy from the unit itself or just walk across the street with a couple glasses of something refreshing and watch it from the lawn and path in front of The Beach House. On a Friday night we'd sometimes hear Hawaiian chants from the adjacent park, very cool and not intrusive. This is a very quiet location. The kitchen was well-equipped, the shower huge and refreshing, the bed comfy, the freezer ample. . . What else can I add? The owners were a dream to communicate with -- they obviously like this place, too, and appreciate the folk who visit it via quick responses to emails and calls. The unit was better than its description, though a previous visitor must have lost the masks, leaving the fins and snorkels, so we borrowed some from a friend ly neighbor. We ate both at "home" and in restaurants -- Brenecke's by Poipu Beach is fun with great Mai-Tais, Pizzetta has good food, the nearby Fish Market has really good fresh fish, especially ahi, and the Koloa Big Save is a good supplement to the various farmers' markets. Tortilla Republic UPSTAIRS is a great, romantic dining spot with good food, and the Brick Oven has delicious pizza. It's on the third floor, 28 steps up, no elevator, so you can work off a little of the food you're enjoying. Covered parking is available for the hot weather. The pool ( heated only by the sun) is large and very nice for swimming or simply sitting on its deck. We saw other units in this complex and felt that this unit was definitely at the top! One never knows what's happening next, but if we can return to Kaua'i, THIS is where we'd stay.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Great place to stay. Full Kitchen, Fully stocked with everyting you need. Several close by grocery stores. Great view from the Lanai. Comfortable bed. Clean and comfy. Also great location. We covered nearly every inch of the island and this is a great location. Some of the best snorkeling just across the street next the the Beach House restaurant. Great surfing and boogey boarding location too. Very close to Poi'pu beach area. So glad we found this gem. Many thanks to the owners.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We found this location to be excellent, across the street from the beach, with great snorkeling and a killer view of the sunsets. Loved being able to hear the waves at night, no need for air conditioning, their were lovely tropical breezes. We found this condo to be perfect, a home away from home, that includes all the comforts of home. The unit is decorated beautifully and stocked with everything you will need, including beach equipment, access to the Internet, BBQ grill, ice maker, coffe grinder, hair dryer, etc. (too many amenities to list all of them). Although we were close to some great restaurants & we did eat out a few meals we purchased groceries at Costco and ate the majority of our meals in which saved us money, so we were able to take excursions. We recommend Capt. Andy's rafting cruise to NaPali coast? Duke's in Lihue, has good Mai-tais, the Beach House restaurant right across the street has good food (if you want to eat & watch the sunset you'll need to make reservations in advance). We found the owners to be very helpful, they returned our phone calls & emails immediately. They truly were a pleasure to deal with. Overall we found this home to be cozy, comfortable & we highly recommend it. After our week there we felt relaxed & rejuvenated... The only negative we found was having to leave! Wed.
