  Our family trip was phenomenal. The condo was so convenient, a few doors down from the pool and hot tub. It's located directly across the street from the sandy beach. The back porch looks out on the small pond with fountain, surrounded by beautiful landscaping and huge palms. The pool and hot tub area was kept up, unlike places I've been to in the past that seem to neglect the pool. It's updated, roomy enough for a family of 4-6 and has been well taken care of. The owner was great to work with. She worked with us to make our stay worth the travel. She was very friendly, and was available for any questions we had. Next time we do a beach trip I'm praying this condo is available!

  we really enjoyed this condo. I like being on the bottom floor, the grill was just off our deck and the pool was 40' away. You could walk to the beach in less than 5 min. This is a great place for families. Owner was pleasant & helpful.

  The weather was perfect and so was this condo and location. We spent Thanksgiving in Santa Rosa Beach and this condo was furnished with pretty much everything you could possibly need including a welcome bottle of wine. We normally stay in Sandestin but this was much more relaxing. The first floor allowed for easy pool and beach access and a great patio to read the paper and have the morning coffee. We look forward to staying here again.

  My husband and kids wanted a last hurray before school started back so looked for a convenient location at our favorite Santa Rosa Beach. We found this condo and the owner's daughter Tracy was efficient and easy to work with. Loved the comfy beds and had lots of room. The outdoor patio was perfect for morning coffee. Steps to the pool and beach access was totally close. Pretty decor and lots of extras like a bottle of wine and Starbucks coffee grinder. Highly recommended for a family getaway!

  I'm sorry that I'm just now writing this review. We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend this past spring (2010). Our group consisted of my husband, 1 year old daughter and me along with my stepbrother, sister in law and their 11 year old and one of her friends. We fit perfectly in this condo. It is beautifully decorated and the beds are really comfortable. They include all you need for a wonderful and relaxing beach vacation. Lots of beach toys and chairs in the closets, the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to make a great meal and the patio is large and very convenient to the pool area. We can't say enough about it! Thanks for a wonderful vacation spot! Jennifer

  This condo is nicely decorated and a very quick walk to the beach. The kitchen is beautiful and is very nicely equipped. The beach chairs, umbrellas & welcoming wine were very nice additions. Owner was extremely nice to work with. I would definitely rent this condo again!

  We just returned from a week at this beautifully decorated condo. Everything is of very fine quality - the linens, the super-comfortable mattresses, the Rachel Ray panware, etc. Michele is a delight to work with and has given great detail to providing a wonderful beach get-away location. Not a thing is lacking - there are even beach chairs, skim boards and beach toys. Just pack your swim suit! The special touches are what make us want to come back again!
