Our home ......the entrance with it's manicured gardens - Bradenton, FL - Florida Vacation Real Estate Rental This beautiful, four-bedroom, two-bathroom villa enjoys an enviable, south-facing position overlooking a picturesque lake. It offers the opportunity to take in the beautiful sunsets from it's own large private pool and 21 ft sun deck.The lanai area is very private and peaceful and benefits from the sun ALL DAY - early morning until evening. (The sunsets are breathtaking!!) With two separate living areas in addition to an open-planned kitchen/breakfast room it offers ample room for eight people. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms,the second bathroom having direct access to the screened pool and deck area. Our home also has FREE WIRELESS INTERNET connection!! The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed,cable TV and has a large en suite bathroom with a generous sized walk-in closet.It also has two vanity units,an oval tub,large shower and separate toilet. Guest bedroom two is furnished with a king-size bed and has a TV/DVD/Video. Bedrooms three and four both have two twin beds. Built in 2002 and fully refurbished in 2004, this fully-equipped villa, situated in a quiet secluded residential area,has everything for your comfort and enjoyment. For tennis players there are FREE courts within the Sabal Harbour community and a community swimming pool with clubhouse,children's play area, volley ball and basket ball courts. It is minutes from some wonderful championship golf courses - including the Arnold Palmer designed Legacy Golf Club. For shopaholics there are some great malls and factory/discount stores and there are excellent restaurants close by. The beautiful award winning Gulf Coast beaches are a short drive away,Tampa/Busch Gardens 45 minutes, and the attractions of Orlando/Disney 90 minutes. If you have never been to the Gulf coast you've never really been to the real Florida!
