The home is only minutes from downtown Kailua-Kona, beaches, surfing, snorkeling, jet skiing, parasailing, scuba diving, and Kona's world famous deep sea fishing.

Golf is at your doorstep on Kona' Country Club's two premier courses, the mountain course and the ocean course, where the LPGA hosts an annual tournament. Other world class golf courses (Waikaloa, Mauna Lani, Hapuna and Manua Kea and others) are all located within a 45 minute drive.

The Big Island's volcano remains active with brilliant glowing flows of red hot lava into the ocean. Volcano National Park is located a pleasant two hour drive to the south. Mauna Kea's Keck Observatory, one of the world's most prestigious, is located a two hour drive to the north.
