The property is located on a 1 acre private lot with 165' of level frontage. There are no steps to the water. Excellent fishing from docks however there are some lilly pads. There is a maintained swimming area with decent sitting area. The home has been remodeled from top to bottom including new wiring, plumbing, vaulted ceiling, custom cabinets, tile walk in shower, beautiful covered porch for relaxing. The home has a flat screen TV with cable and internet upon request. Willing to provide video games consoles including Wii, Playstation 2, or X Box 360 upon request. Very secluded area so as not to be disturbed.
The area is known for great restaurants of all types and price ranges, country music festivals, beautiful golf courses, and many wonderful shops. It is centrally located from all major tourist attractions in the area.
The lake is almost 600 acres of clean clear Minnesota water. In very high water years there is a sandbar that allows access to a second 900 acre lake attached. There is EXCELLENT pan fishing, bass fishing, and pike. Walleye are less readily available but very quality trophy caliber specimens.
The home is located under 5 mins from the public landing for those who bring their own boats.
I purchased the home for the sole purpose of relaxation. I wanted a place where I wouldn't be disturbed but didn't need a sherpa to find. I have found great solace in this place and I hope you will too. I spent many hours working on this home to make it mine so I am looking for clean responsible renters to take good care of my home.

We enjoyed the peace and serenity of being at this cabin. Enjoyed the privacy as neighbors are not very nearby. Lovely sunsets. The cabin is very nice and comfortable for 2-4 maybe even 6. If you enjoy swimming I would not recommend it but if you just want to enjoy the wildlife, i.e.: beavers, herons, ducks etc. it is the cabin for you. Everything was provided, including paper products, towels, dishes etc. Nice, clean and quiet. Owner was very amiacable to work with.Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My husband and I enjoyed the seclusion and beauty plus all the wildlife in the area. The cabin was well furnished, beautiful and comfortable!! It was fun to be out on the water and the fishing was fantastic. We caught so many panfish, my husband couldn't keep up with me!! We were also close enought to run to town for a bite to eat at the end of the day or get some more fresh bait. Highly recommend this Cabin!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

The owners were great and helpful, but not overly intrusive. The property was private and yet close enough to town for conveniences. The fishing right off the dock was relaxing and we left recharged and rested. Thank you!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

About the owner: About Me: I am 33 years old and recently married my beautiful wife Sara. We have a beautiful daughter name Brielle. I work as a mortgage broker by day and own 20 rentals by night. I am a graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. I enjoy hunting, fishing, and spending time with my family. I enjoy meeting new people and feel that I am very easy to get a long with. I am a Christian man who has been very blessed in his life and very thankful for every minute of it.
Why the Owner Chose Dent:
I chose to buy this rental in this area because I wanted a place to get rest. My life in general is very hectic with all the things I am responsible for. I looked at 80 properties in my quest to find the right one. Once I laid eyes on this I knew it was exactly what I was looking for.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
First and foremost this home is brand new from top to bottom so there is not worry about it being some beat up shack. Secondly, you have no next door neighbors so you have complete solitude. Thirdly, just about every thing is provided for you upon request so there is little to no packing to do. Finally, after some research I have learned this is something for everyone with in 25 miles of any direction of the home.
