The third bedroom includes the same level of ultra comfortable mattress in a twin bed arrangement and provides a 37" flat screen television and work desk area. The third full size bath with large shower is just outside of the bedroom door.
Relax with a DVD movie displayed on the 46" flat screen television in the home theater den and enjoy music from radio or your Ipod in any or all rooms via the whole house music system. We had a fantastic stay at Casa de Suenos, the "House of Dreams". The spacious condo is beautifully decorated and fully furnished with everything required for luxurious relaxation and convenience. The design is very open with plenty of glass to maximize the 8th story view. The balcony overlooks the city to the bay allowing for incredible sunset experiences and occasional whale sightings. The Rivera Cuale staff could not be more helpful and provide 24 hr/day security service On the short walk to the beach, you feel completely immersed in the welcoming local culture. There are numerous excellent restaurants offering authentic Mexican food that are full of atmosphere and easy on the pocketbook but a variety of cuisine options are available locally. The waterfront is packed with restaurants, shops, boutiques, and amazing sand sculpture and provides a scenic walking or jogging path to work off any overindulgence. Beware of the margaritas at 'Los Burros", or just save a few pesos for the cab ride home. The canopy zip-line tour is a wild, bucket list adventure that is not to be missed. We will definitely return for a longer stay and plan to also explore the area's scuba diving destinations. No vemos la hora de volver!!

We stayed in this unit the week of February 13th and it is fabulous! The condo is very spacious, well decorated and the view from the wrap around terrace is breathtaking. One of our favorite parts of the complex was sitting by the secluded pool and listening to the River Cuale...so relaxing. Some of the best restaurants and the Malecon are within easy walking distance and in case you wander too far, or have too much fun, the cab ride back is just a few bucks. This was our 3rd trip to Puerto Vallarta in 3 years but our first time staying at the Rivera Cuale and when we return, this luxurious condo if available will always be our first choice!

We vacationed for Christmas break with our 2 children ages 3 and 14. The property was beautifully maintained. The condo offered the many amenities of home. It was well suited for a family, two couples traveling together or just one couple looking to get away. The service from the rental agents and property managers was superb. They were very insightful for information of area, arranging grocery service, automobile service, or whatever your needs may be. Getting to town or the beach was easy.You can either walk, take a short bus ride or cab. Highly recommend walking to get to know the area and sightsee. There is a wonderful market for fresh produce and fish just a couple blocks from the condo. Enjoy, we did!

Loved staying in this high end unit at Rivera Cuale. This spacious three bedroom condo has more than enough room and the furnishings were great. The balcony was very large and the views from the eighth floor were incredible. This complex is just beautiful with the sound of the river, relaxing pool area, and local flair. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here and would stay in this lovely condo again. I have already referred friends and family and hope that they can visit and enjoy as much as we did. The owners were so easy to deal with and the new unit was immaculate with every amenity imaginable.

What a great place to spend Thanksgiving! The condo is beautiful and has just about ever amenity you could ask for. The condo is more spacious, warmer and more inviting than it is possible for the pictures to represent. The views are spectacular. Enjoying a cool beverage on the condo patio 8 floors up, over looking the Cuale River, you see downtown Puerto Vallarta, "Gringo Gulch" (where Liz Taylor and Richard Burton had their houses), and of course the beautiful Banderas Bay. Everyday we walked downtown and to the beach. We found activities are many; too many to do in one trip! The Tree Canopy Adventure and taking a sailing cruise were our favorite. Wish we had time to do them all! Restaurants are too numerous to count. Whether you want independent establishments, or a chain-type (Dick's Daiquiris was yummy!) it is all there to be enjoyed. Can't wait for our next vacation! We will definitely go back to this particular condo as the owners could not have been more helpful in supplying information and answering all our questions.
