  We absolutely loved this rental property. We stayed here on a late summer getaway with our two little ones and found it perfect for a family. It's bright and sunny, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. It also has a nice open layout which is great with the little ones. The owners are great - very responsive and have included many thoughtful amenities like books, DVDs, etc. We rented bikes and a bike trailer and enjoyed the short ride to the Palmetto Dunes General Store, tennis courts and the beach. You can also take a short ride over to the many great restaurants of Shelter Cove. It's truly the perfect location - close to the beach, great restaurants, golf, pool - everything you could want in a beach getaway!

  Our family of 5 stayed here during "4th of July" week and would highly recommend this property. The owners responded promtly and helpfully to our enquiry and any questions we had. We arrived to find the townhouse clean, spacious and very well equipped (even down to dvds, games and books). The location was excellent - just a short dune buggy ride, cycle or walk (20mins) to the lovely beach and within minutes of great restaurants and shops. 2 minutes walk away is a great swimming pool which was uncrowded and overlooks a lake with turtles, fish and birds - our children loved playing in the pool and watching the animals. Overall - a fantastic condo with ample space for a family at a very reasonable price!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  My wife and daughter stayed the week here. It was comfortable and inviting. We had so much fun taking short drives the beach, relaxing by the pool, or chilling out inside. Nice sized bedrooms and bath, decent kitchen space big enough for staying the week or longer. Well laid out and affordable. Extremely clean and well-maintained.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This unit was great. Clean,neat and well kept.Good for family with kids or people 55 and over. Restaurants close by and the beach was within walking distance.

  This unit could not have been more perfect. It was very clean, comforatable, and in a great location. We rented bikes and loved biking to the beach daily. When we were not at the beach we lounged by the pool, which we all loved. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept. Our unit was a perfect place to relax after a day of sun, shopping, and exploring. We cooked quite a bit and had everything we needed the kitchen. We only wished there was a grill on the deck, but we did not see any so maybe they are not allowed? We were able to ride our bikes across the street to Shelter Cove for great places to eat, have ice cream, and watch fireworks. All in all it was a wonderful stay and we hope to be back soon!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers.

  Outstanding! Our stay was fantastic and a major part of the wonderful time was due to the accomodations. The unit was bright and cheerful and the grounds were fantastic. The unit provided a wonderful atmosphere and plenty of room. The upstairs bedroom was a little stuffy, however, a fan was provided to help circulate air. The pool, surrounding deck area and restroom facilities provided a great environment for relaxation. The discription and photos of the unit accruately reflected the unit's appearance and the amentities were great. The unit was clean, well maintained and the owners provided easy, friendly communication. We would highly recommend this property.
