We have been seasonal residents of University Park for a number of years(moving from another gated community in the area) and have come to truly appreciate the location and the amount of care that is devoted to making the community special. Spending the winter season at University Park has been truly enjoyable. We believe this home can provide the perfect winter getaway for folks who do not wish to own another home but would like to spend the winter in a mild climate.
