Lisa and John's house is beautifully situated, spacious, and has every amenity needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The location is quiet, but close to all the recreational activities at Bryce. The house was spotless and well stocked with items you wouldn't expect to find in a rental. The owners were fabulous - responsive to questions, and even retrieved a belt that we'd left behind. I'd rent from them again in a heartbeat.

This home was perfect for our family of four. It has 4 bedrooms, all of which are nice. The kids loved having their own rooms. The entire place is clean and nicely decorated. Everything was in nice condition and the kitchen was modern. I love how private the home is. We spent most of our time in the sun room which has fantastic wooded views. Best of all, it's only a minute or two from the slopes. For evening activities, we enjoyed the really nice sound system for movies, the array of board games, the fooz ball table, and s'moors on the patio fire pit. There is a nice area set up for dogs to play outdoors. We didn't use that because our little dogs had plenty of room to run around inside, but it would be great for more active dogs or larger dogs. The owners are fantastic. I received a call within literally minutes of sending an inquiry. She also followed up as the trip came closer and was very pleasant to communicate with. The only complaint came from our kids because they didn't want to leave!

We enjoyed this house and vacation so much we already booked for 2013! The house was very nice and very clean! Family friendly and dog friendly. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. Just minutes to the slopes. We look forward to our next stay!

I had a wonderful time at your very nice home. The only bad thing about staying there was having to leave. I will be glad to give you a 5 star rating. It has been a pleasure interacting with you, and I look forward to staying there again. Thanks for your generosity.

We had a great time. We are already talking about renting the house again next summer because the kids had such a good time. I will check with you next summer. If I hear of anyone looking for a rental house at Bryce, I will definitely refer them your way. Take Care.

I love Bryce and have been a visitor there over the past 30 years. Earlier this spring I was invited to stay at "Woodside" with some sorority sisters and we had a wonderful experience. It was in April and you could hear and see nature all around you since this house is nestled in the mountains. We enjoyed the great room but also the outdoor areas were so nice, too. This vacation home is special and I highly recommend it. It is a good place to catch up on your R&R. Also, there is a lot to do in the area and Lisa has provided information on what to do and see in the community. Over the years I have enjoyed Lake Laura, the caverns, concerts at Orkney Springs, visiting wineries and local eateries, as well as golf and skiing.

All I can say about staying at this house is, Great and fantastic! If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation, this is the place to stay. The home is situated on a nice wooded lot; hence the name "woodside." There is a great screened porch in the front, and another deck in the back, which is just off the home theater room! There is a great patio downstairs, which offers a fire pit and barbecue. There is also a ping pong table. The golf course and Lake Laura are very close, also You will not be disappointed with this choice.

I can't tell you how much we enjoyed staying at this home. The amenities and personal touches made it feel like a home away from home. Wonderful location, Bryce Resort and close to all the caverns in the area. Great neighborhood, very family friendly area. Loved the stone patio and fire pit...and the foosball table was so much fun! Great relaxing time.
