  This is a very nice place to stay for your Florida vacation. Lots of rooms, beautiful home, great pool...(Though, if you are coming in October, I suggest that you purchase heat for the pool. Water was chilly, and the hot tub's temperature is the same as the pool water because it runs together.) Owner if very easy to work with. Had a wonderful time, and is well worth the money.

  Owner was easy to deal with via email. Only needed 4 nights and owner was nice enough to accommodate. The house was clean and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Pool was nice and clean as well. My kids loved hanging out by the pool. Shopping was easy on 27 and 192, but I try to stay away from 192 (too much traffic). Love the Walmart 2 miles away, very convenient. Will rent again for sure. Would love to see a remote garage opener. ;-)

  Fantastic rental home to stay in with plenty of space for the family to relax after a day of parks and sight seeing. Oversized pool is refreshing for playing family games in or a simple evening massage by the jets of the spa. Close to all the attractions, shopping and dining, this unit is well maintained and nicely decorated. I would strongly recommend this for anyone staying in the Orlando/Kissimmee/Disney areas.

  I stayed at the house for 9 days with my family. Everyone enjoyed it. The house was very clean. Owner is nice to deal with. I mostly used e-mail communication and he always responded quickly. The house is close to a Publix and a Walmart.

  This villa at Orange Tree is easily located and instructions we very accurate. On arrival we found the villa to be very clean and welcoming with all amenities accurately reflected in the website photgraphs. The large pool was particularly impressive and relaxing. The owner was very helpful and professional during our booking transactions and I would certainly recommend this villa for a holiday in Florida. The Disney Parks are easily accessible and there are numerous restaurants available within a short drive to either the 192 or 27. I think this villa would be suitable for all groups or families but would consider a car to be essential. consider a car essential

  The house was great: very clean, really comfortable, close to grocery store and other amenities, and about 20 minutes by car from Disney. We have family in the Orlando area so we were able to host everyone (a large group) at the house several nights for dinner and pool time. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks Ian and family for the really great place to stay -- we hope to come again soon!

  Me and my partner stayed here at the beginning of may, we had a superb time. The weather was lovely and hot so it was great to sit and relax around the pool, the pool area was very clean and tidy, and the jacuzzi was great to be in under the stars. The house was immaculate, and very spacious, the bedrooms were very clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable with lots of room. We had no problems at all, i would recommend it to everyone.We have stayed in cheaper but uncomfortable places and was disappointed, This house is worth paying more as the stay was Fantastic and made our holiday.we will definately be back. Thank you to don for a perfect holiday :)
