Complex is Beach Side with pool and BBQ grilles available for grilling. 3 Restaurants are within a short walk or ride (one on the beach and two others off Historic A1A). Wide white sandy beaches for sea shelling or just a good relaxing walk. Marineland, The Aligator Farm and the St. Augustine Lighthouse just a short drive away. Orlando is approx. 2 hours away and Daytona Beach 1 hour away. World Golf Village, and Ponte Vedra are within 30 to 45 minutes for all the golf and great eating of any area in the country.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family. We have four small kids and had plenty of room. All amenities were provided and Mr. Rick was super nice and helpful. He provided us with information about the area which made our stay more enjoyable. The description of the property honestly doesn't do it any justice at all. The unit is very close to the pool. There are several steps to climb and a bridge to the beach, but the view at the top of the steps is breathtaking. The beach is clean and not crowded! I will certainly recommend this property to any friends and family looking for a great vacation spot. Thank you for making our family vacation perfect!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway.
