Jacksonville Beach is among one of the most beautiful beaches on the entire East Coast. It is not overcrowded, yet there are a lot of fun spots to visit. There is a water park located a few blocks from this condominium and numerous golf courses in the area. TPC Sawgrass is less than 10 minutes away, as well as Ponte Vedra Inn and Club's Ocean Course. There are so many great courses in the area, to mention them all would be redundant. Ruth's Chris is about 5 minutes away, as well as many, many other great dining establishments.
Mayo Clinic and the Proton Treatment Center are easy drives and the home is great for a quiet, restful recovery/ treatments.

the house was perfect for our multi-family gathering. Parking was a bit tight because we couldn't park in the side driveway when the 4 families gathered. The house was clean & we had what we needed. We appreciated the laundry facilities. It was a quiet neighborhood & accessible. We could easily see it serving as a wonderful home for a fortunate family.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children.

About the owner: We are a married couple of 15 years with 3 wonderful children. This is the home we lived in while blessed enough to reside in Jacksonville Beach. After a job transfer moved us to Hilton Head Island, SC, we decided to keep our family home and share it with other families fortunate enough to visit the beautiful Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra Beaches. Enjoy- we do!

Great for people visiting the Mayo clinic. Full bath and bedroom downstairs as well as 2 additional baths and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Nice place to stay while receiving treatments from the Proton Treatment Center as well. Golfers are 5 minutes from Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, TPC Sawgrass' Stadium course. Spas, shopping, fine and casual dining are steps away.
