  I love this place. It has everything. I can walk the beach, play golf, go swimming in the ocean or the pool, relax in the jacuzzi before going to sleep, play golf, tennis or just sit around and relax. San Sebastien Winery is a grat place to visit as is Old Towne. The outlet malls are a short drive away for those who love to shop. My wife and I like this place so well that we have come back here three or four times now. The condo has always been weel-maintained and clean. It is in a safe and secure community. I would and have recommeded this place to friends and family.

  My wife and I had come down here with our grandchildren in 2008 and liked it so well that we decided to come back. The condo has a great location and is within a short distance of a variety of good restaurants. It is only about a two minute walk to be on the beach which my wife really enjoyed and it was 15-20 minutes from the Royal St. Augustine Golf Course which I enjoyed. The property has been kept well-maintained and is very clean. The photos of the condo do reflect the appearance of this condo. We have recommended this property to friends and relatives because it has so much to offer whether you just want to lay around and relax at the beach or pool or you like to stay active and do a lot of sightseeing or both.

  My wife and I came down with our grandchildren in the summer. Everyone had such a greeat time. There is so much to do. We went down to the lovely beach, swam in the ocean, swam in one of the two heated pools.Each unit also has a hot tub. It is a secure property. St. Augustine has a lot to see. There are tours available or you just can go on your own. This condo was very convenient. It is located on the first floor for easy access. It is well decorated and very comfortable.

  Our family stayed at this condo for Labor Day weekend. It was nice, clean, and spacious compared to other condos we have rented. This was the first time our 3 & 5 year old boys got to visit the beautiful St Augustine Beach. It was a close walk to the condo so we could come/go as many times as we wanted throughout the day. We enjoyed the large swimming pool. We also liked the hot tub right out outside of the condo door in the atrium.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  I recently traveled to St. Augustine with my family, which consisted of my husband, 5 year old son and twin 1 year old boys. This condo was perfect for my little ones - the main floors were not carpeted, so we didn't have to worry as much about spills. All rooms (ie kitchen, laundry room, etc) had doors, so we could keep the children confined to the main living space. There was a spacious master suite with attached bathroom and plenty of room in the guest room for all 3 boys to share. The condo provided many amenities including dishes, pots/pans for cooking, dishwasher, extra bedding, washer/dryer. It was like a home away from home. The beach was in walking distance, even with two toddlers in tow, and very nice and clean. Both of the resort's pools offered a lot of fun for the kids as well. And the Office had plenty of brochures for all the tourist attractions in the area. There is a lot to do and see in St. Augustine. We will definitely visit this city again, and we will definitely stay at this condo again!

  This condo is wonderful. Perfect loacation for everything. We had a great stay and hope to stay there soon again.This beach is perfect too as advertised.
