Tremendous views from this four-bedroom, three-bath, beach house located in Morgantown, Gulf Shores. Relax on the front porch watching the dolphins play in the Gulf or just quietly reading a book. Three of the four bedrooms have great Gulf views.
Morgantown offers quiet secluded beaches that you cannot find at the high-rise, sprawl condominiums. The beaches are spectacular and seashells are very plentiful. Enjoy a swim in the Gulf or choose the swimming pool if you prefer.
The house is loaded with many amenities. If it rains the kids will be well entertained with plenty of TVs (five) to choose from, plus a WII and DVD players. Shopping, golf, fishing, and great restaurants are all within a 15-to-30-minute drive.

We are from Wisconsin and we love this area! The home is in a great location, not on the beach but just across the street. The home is a great layout for a large group. We shared the home with another family and had ample space. It's not a brand new home, but was perfect for a vacation and is a fair price. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing was that a lot of the windows were difficult to open. Oh and the gnats bite - so bring bug spray. They left a reminder of vacation all over our bodies and the bites lasted longer the our tan. The owners are super friendly and were very responsive both before and after the stay. I prefer owners like this then working with an agency!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We were looking for a last minute booking and the lady was very prompt in returning all calls and emails which is a HUGE plus compared to dealing with some of the other homes in the area run by property managers that you can NEVER get on the phone. We had no trouble calling these owners, making payment arrangements, etc. House isn't new but is nice and nicely laid-out for one or two families. TVs and cable in every bedroom was a big plus as well as free WIFI and a Wii (bring your own games). Only thing I could nitpick were a couple of bulbs were out but really not a big deal. Easy beach access and not crowded at all. Love the laid-back feel of Ft. Morgan plus the neighborhood has two well-maintained pools as well as a tennis court. Would highly recommend this home and its very accommodating owners.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Stayed at Seashells in March 2011. Service was friendly and attentive. Great neighborhood. Great proximity to private uncrowded beach. Plenty of sleeping space. Pools and tennis courts were very well maintained. Easy to find and get back and forth to town. Had so much fun there, didn't really make an effort to go out to all the tourist sites we had planned to visit. Praise the Lord for wonderful weather on top of everything else.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
