  It is a very pleasant and comfortable condo. The location is great being close to the beach with grocery stores and other shopping available in the malls almost adjacent to the unit. The unit worked well for the two of us but would be crowded for four adults as the second bedroom is very small. The kitchen is workable but the facilities and supplies in the kitchen need to be updated. The concierge at the front desk during the day shift spoke very good English and that was very helpful. The gentlemen on the other shifts were also helpful and very friendly even though verbal communication was a bit of a challenge. The location makes access to the surrounding area including Valparaiso, restaurants and downtown Vina del Mar very convenient

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  My wife and I and another couple stayed here in February. The condo was great and very clean. While it did not have a balcony, you could open up two very large windows which made the living room feel like a balcony. The space was very clean with modern furniture and art work. The condo was in easy walking distance from the beach and right across the street from a major market similar to a Super Walmart. There is also a huge mall and a lot of nearby restuarants. The second bedroom was very small but workable. It would be great if you were traveling with kids. We had a little bit of difficulty communicating with the man in the lobby when we arrived as none of spoke very good Spanish but we were able to manage with a little help. Overall, we were very pleased with are our stay and would stay again if given the opportunity. We were even greeted with a bottle of local wine in the condo when we arrived. Thank you Eddie.

  Excelente departamento, muy recomendable. Extremadamente limpio,ordenado y super equipado. Edward y Danilo muy amables y serviciales, al igual que los recepcionistas y encargados del edificio. Fuimos un grupo de amigas que alquilamos auto y lo estacionamos en la cochera del edificio. Ideal para personas que vayan con familia o en grupo, seguridad las 24 hs. Muy cómoda localización, a pasos del shopping y el supermercado. Esperamos volver algún día!!! Muchas gracias.

  Altamente recomendable. El apartamento, aunque deberían aclarar que la segunda habitación incluye una cama con un colchón debajo y no dos singles, estaba en perfectas condiciones y en una excelente ubicación. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Sus dueños muy atentos y agradables antes, durante y después de nuestra estadía. Hemos quedamos muy satisfechos. Esperamos poder volver pronto. Saludos!

  My husband and I really enjoyed the apartment. It is in a great location, right around the corner there is a huge mall, there are two supermarkets a block away, coffee shops, everything you need. You can also walk like five blocks to the ocean. The apartment itself is very well appointed, comfortable furniture, really comfortable bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a pull out bed, which is how it sleeps two, but it's a small bedroom. However it has its own full bathroom, which is great. Overall, it was a great experience, much better than a hotel in my opinion, and cheaper. Concierges are great here also, and there are cabs aplenty in both the streets adjacent to the street of the apartment. Super safe at night, perfect location.

  This is a very well appointed apartment with a perfect location to enjoy everything Vina Del Mar has to offer. It's a short walk to the mall, less than a block, and you'll be in the middle of the best shopping experience on the coast. It's a real hot spot on Friday and Saturday night. We heard soft jazz overtones played live in a nearby pub nearly every evening as we sat comfortably in the apartment after a nice walk through the city or before we headed out for a nightcap. We are veteran travelers to Vina Del Mar and have stayed everywhere in the city. This is by far the best location we've had for enjoying the city. We felt at home. Everything you could possibly want or need was a very short walk away. We're not beach combers so being a short distance from the coast was not a problem. We did walk to the coast several times to eat in some of the most excellent restaurants you'll find in Chile. You've got to check out Fellini. The camarone lasagna is sinfully good. It comes to your table bubbling in oven potttery and is smothered in camarones (shrimp). La Vita Dulce has a diverse Italian menu with great seafood and pasta combinations. Definitely our favorite for price and variety. Heading to the restaurants on the coast was one of our longer walks but well worth it. Of course, if you don't want to walk, transportation is everywhere and a must have experience. The bus stop is right outside the door and is one of the major ones in the city. You can literally go anywhere up or down the coast. Take a bus up to Renaca. Awesome seafood and beaches there. We had a great meal and some of the best ice cream we've ever had, Tres Leches, at Restaurant Los Pomairinos. We had a panoramic view of the beach from our table as we sipped our pisco sours and devoured our Reineta(fish) filets. An awesome vacation in an awesome location. We would recommend this apartment to family and friends or even a total stranger. Danilo and Eddie will make sure your stay is perfect. They have thought of everything. We were in contact during our stay and they handled our minor concerns with absolute grace and professionalism. Thanks for being gracious hosts Danilo and Eddie!

  We highly recommend this apartment. It was in a wonderful location where we could walk to the beach, walk to shopping, walk to get a starbucks or walk to grab something to eat. It was a very lively location and we had a car and the parking on site was a big plus. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The welcome bottle of wine was perfectly wonderful to find when we arrived. Working with Eddie was extremely easy and enjoyable. He was back to us with answers to any of our questions within hours. The apartment was clean and bright. We have already recommended this apartment to friends of ours who are planning to visit Vina. We will definitely contact Eddie again when we plan our next trip to Chile. Thanks for Everything.

  Very clean and tidy - although a bit small. Ideal for 3 people - any more and it becomes a bit squashed Communication with owners was excellant. Very good position - next to shopping malls and a short walk to the beach. Overall - very happy all round.
