  OUR BASKETBALL TEAM HAD A COMPETITION IN THE ESPN WIDE WORLD OF SPORTS AND WE WERE LUCKY ENOUGH THAT THE OWNER ALLOWD US TO RENT THE HOUSE FOR THE WEEKEND. WE HAVE ALWAYS STAYED AT HOTELS IN SEPARATE ROOMS SO THE HOUSE WAS A GREAT WAY TO HAVE THE GIRLS STAY TOGETHER AND ENJOY THEIR TEAM PLAYERS. THE HOUSE WAS EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE, SPACIOUS, PRETTY DECORATED, VERY CLOSE TO SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS. WE WILL GIVE 2 THUMBS UP TO THIS PROPERTY AND ANY ONE THAT RENTS THE PROPERTY WILL BE AHAPPY.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

  Hi Cindy, We had a great time in Florida and at your house. It was very spacious and the heated pool was awesome. We also loved how comfortable the beds were, we have stayed in Florida a half a dozen times and your beds were the most comfortable of them all. That alone makes your house worth renting again, nothing worse then a nice bed with cheap mattresses. Also I would like to tell you that your management company is the best I've ever dealt with Annette and Mark are great they reacted quickly to any issues and did everything they could to please us.   We were a group of 15 who had just been on a Disney cruise and we spent four nights at the house while visiting the Disney Parks (5 days of parks). We found the house very conveniently located with a nice grocery store just off the freeway exit, so easy to swing by. The pool was fantastic as the kids loved having it right at the house and the adults could relax while watching them. Each family had their own space and we had kids from 19 months up to 14 years old! Thanks for helping us have a great family vacation - at a fantastic price!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  My family and I recently rented this home and we had a wonderful stay. The home was very spacious and the amenities were perfect for the kids. It was clean, with comfortable beds and also a quiet community. Each room had a nice humble and elegant flavor. I would recommend this house to all ages as there are lots to do from an active game room or pool to simple relaxation. The managers were also very responsive so great stay and highly recommended. Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers

  I normally dont make a habit of providing feedback about places ive rented but for this house I can make an exception. The owners stayed very true to the features of the house. It is very well kept. The rooms all looked magnificent and obviously, well maintained. The proximity of the house to all the amusement parks, groceries and "sites to see" in the orlando area kept our gas and mileage to a minimum. Best of all is the very personal attention the owners give to your concerns and question. Our party of 11 persons had a blast in Orlando both in and out of the house. We look forward to, hopefully, finding ourselves in the same house when we visit the next time. Thank you Cindy and company!!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

  We rented this vacation home for 9 days, we have a large family that hotels just cannot accomdate at an affordable rate and offer all the luxuries of home. This home was just right for my family of 12! Each had their pick of rooms and plenty of space to be able to stay out of each others way, (which is really important with 10 kids)! :) I was beautifully decorated and well kept, the kids loved the private pool, it is everything it says in the websight! I would definitely recommend to friends for their next vacation in Florida. The owners even went out of their way to return a small toy that while not expensive was an important memory for my youngest son; he was overjoyed to receive it back in the mail. Thank you so much for making his and our vacation perfect!

  Excellent house, very big and comfortable. This is the 1st time renting a vacation home and it went very smoothly. The description of the home was very accurate. Had everything you could possibly need from plates to pans etc. The house was very clean and well maintained. No issues which made my vacation great. The owner was great to deal with, any questions he would answer them asap and he returned my deposit very quickly. The location of the home was great, just a 10min drive to Disney and down the road from the home was a Walgreens, some restaurants and a supermarket. Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

  We rented this home for 18 days in October for a family get together and we were not disappointed! There was plenty of room for all 16 of us and we found it to be exactly as described. It was beautifully decorated with 3 themed rooms that the children loved and felt like home. The house was centrally located to all attractions and a short distance to both oceans. The owner is very friendly and was accommodating to our need of an early check in. I would highly recommend this home to anyone thinking about staying in Florida and plan on looking it up again the next time we travel there.

  Rating: 5 out of 5 My family and I were concern at first with this experience, but Cindy and David made it easy! We rec. what was promissed and had a great time.
