  Just returned from the best 2nd class parent weekend ever, and this wonderful property was a big reason. Perfectly located for a visit to USNA or downtown Annapolis. Decorated better than my own home. We didn't want to leave. Everything you might need is available in the condo. It was more beautiful than the photos. Would highly recommend it!

  My 89 year old parents joined us in Annapolis for three days. Perfect place to visit, cook and an elevator for them! I am a very particular person (to put it mildly) and this condo met and exceeded all of my expectations. Tastefully decorated Well equipped kitchen w/granite countertops and high end appliances, pots & pans, knives etc. Wine glasses: they matched!! Wow!! Linens, towels, bedding high quality Wonderful location State of the art tv's and sound system Pristine Everything we needed!! Thanks!

  We've just returned from a wonderful weekend at this beautiful home. We travel with friends to the Power Boat Show every year, and this was our first stay at this location. What an incredible find! We were all thrilled with the overall home: the decor, amenities, cleanliness, location, and the charm of being in a renovated church. Vic and Laura were tremendous! So helpful and accommodating. This was truly a perfect rental experience. Our search for the perfect Annapolis rental is done--this is it! We can't wait to come back!

  We stayed at this property for our daughters wedding at the naval academy. It is perfectly situated in downtown Annapolis, close to all amentities, yet distant enough to give a perfectly serene enviornment. The decor is elegant and blends perfectly with the style of the Gothic church. The stained glass and exposed wooden beam architecture makes one appreciate the craftsmanship of this finely restored church. The four levels add extra charm and allow privacy for all guests. The owners, Vic and Laura, were terrific to deal with and successfuly met our every need. We look forward to a return visit in the near future and would highly recommend this vacation rental.

  My wife and I and some family stayed in this fabulous condo over President's Weekend this year. It lived up to all the excitement I had from the pictures. I didn't tell my wife or friends where we were staying. Wanted a surprise. Their reactions in seeing...."OMG" and "WOW" !! Laura & Vic couldn't have been more gracious & accomodating hosts. Hopefull returning next year...same time..

  This home is absolutely beautiful. It has exceptional charm with its woodwork and stained glass windows due to it previously being a church, but it has been renovated and decorated with exceptional quality and taste. It is a very peaceful and beautiful retreat. We truly enjoyed staying there. The location is great. You do not have views of water, but you are within a couple blocks of Main Street, the doc, the Naval Academy, St John's etc...everything is within easy reach. The owners are exceptionally warm and welcoming and were extremely helpful in assisting us with recommendations on tours for our children, places to have dinner, shops, etc... We look forward to returning!

  We stayed in this gem for Parent's Weekend at the Naval Academy. This beautiful home is just two short blocks from the pedestrian gate 3 and our Midshipman loved the location and the beauty of the place. The owners are extremely helpful and welcoming and the condominium was spotless. New linens, towells, blankets and friendly advice on shopping, spas, bookstores, etc. on arrival. The kitchen is fully equipped and the owners even left a gift of their favorite cookies for us to enjoy. The elevator wasn't necessary, but sometimes was enjoyed to sneak up on others. I know this sounds immature, but it was fun. There was also a basket in the master bath with small necessities in case you forgot and the owners were very generous about the "if it is there, use it" which we found refreshing and charming. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay.

  We stayed at this beautiful condo during our daughter's commissioning week in May 2010, and we couldn't have asked for it to be better. The owners are local and are so gracious and accommodating...and we felt that they bent over backwards to make sure that we had everything we needed during our week. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need and is so convenient to the Naval Academy, downtown Annapolis, the marina, great restaurants - everything! Parking can be a problem in downtown Annapolis, but each time we took the vehicles out, we were lucky to enough to find a close parking spot each time we came back. The owners supplied us with lots of parking passes, so we NEVER had a problem. The house is beautiful - professionally decorated in every nook and corner. It was such a treat to stay at this condo - it was absolutely perfect.....and I would 100% recommend it for anyone with the need to stay in beautiful Annapolis.
