  Location ! Location ! Location ! We attended a family wedding where the rehearsal dinner was in Annapolis and the wedding/reception in Eastport. We were able to comfortably walk to all events which was incredibly convenient. The condo offered a private parking lot which was ideal since street parking is such a premium in Annapolis. Beautifully decorated with classy furniture, and very well stocked with lots of extra pillows, blankets, towels and kitchen extras. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I would definitely stay here again. Perfectly located, and very private.

  We had a great time during our short stay in Annapolis. Joe’s condo is so convenient to everything – we didn’t have to drive anywhere. We happened to be there during the Annual Tug-of-War between Annapolis and Eastport. When we went to check things out I inquired if we could participate in a “pull” and they were in need of some additional folks, so I joined in on 2 pulls – what an amazing experience – if you have never participated in a large, organized tug-of-war – you should try it – it is like nothing you have ever done before – it was really physically challenging, but the crowd was great as they cheered you on to keep pulling! There was live music all afternoon and food and beverages for everyone. It was just an added bonus to our girls weekend. Thanks Joe for letting us stay at your condo – it was a great place to regroup and crash after a long day out on the town! Thanks for the great restaurant/bar recommendations – they were awesome!!!!

  The condo has a great loaction, close to USNA and close to old town Annapolis, although I am really liking East Port and other areas now as well. The condo was clean - just as it shows in the pictures. It was myself, husband and our 17 year old son, for the week it was plenty of room and alot better than a hotel room, more like home, plus allowed us to cook - so really cheaper than a hotel. The hotel is a secure building and parking that comes with the condo, plus a rooftop pool. The condo is on the 4th floor,with a small view of the harbor, the view from the roof top is awesome ( it has table and chairs!) Our daughter is at USNA - so this location allowed her to be close to the yard - but yet far enough away from the downtown traffic. I would recommend this property and we will for sure be going back and will also tell others as well. The owner also called to follow up about our stay. Thank you for helping make our visit great !   The apartment is just as described. Clean, comfortable, convenient to downtown Annapolis if you're comfortable walking a bit. Owner was extremely helpful and informative. All would have been perfect (and I would have given it an Excellent rating) except that there was a howling dog nearby one night that meant we didn't sleep well. Could have happened anywhere of course but it did make us wonder whether the soundproofing was topnotch or not.

  Owner did let us in early which was nice. Advertised as "On Water" and it is NOT, so this was an immediate disappointment. There is a large building on the water and the building the condo is in is behind that. There was an obscured waterview. Condo was pleasant and clean, but building smells of typical apartment living, lots of food smell. There is a menu there for the Asian restaurant which delivers and ithey delivered out of sight good food! Highly recommend the Asian restaurant!!

  we really enjoyed our 3-day trip ... annapolis is about a 15-minute walk across the drawbridge from the eastport condo ... it was really nice having free parking and not having to use the car at all ... most of the historic sites and restaurants are within walking distance to the condo ... the condo itself is very nice and clean (just like the pictures show) ... can't wait to return !!!

  Joe's condo was perfect for my hubby and me, 5-day stay. Ditto the descriptions of tasteful furnishings etc. previously posted. Condo had every amenity and was sparkling clean. The only downside was that the rooftop pool is only open from 4 to 7 pm so I only got to use it the day we arrived; would've been nice to go in mornings or evenings after sightseeing. We had a car since we flew into Baltimore, though many sights were within easy walking distance so you could do fine without one. Annapolis is such a charming city with everything authentically hundreds of years old! We enjoyed the Naval academy, especially the marches at noon and the ship model museum. Be sure to have a crab cake at Chick & Ruth's Delly, they are divine and solid lump crab! Happy hour at Ram's Head Tavern and Stan & Joe's on West Street were really fun, with half price beverages and free food (even free oysters and mussels on Tuesdays!). Happy hour is against the law in Illinois so we enjoyed them in Annapolis! Everyone was very friendly. Also the Visitor center on West Street was extremely helpful with all kinds of information. If you have a car you might venture to Cantler's Seafood and/or Mike/s on the South River for crab, we had the seafood platter at both places.(YUM) Enjoy your stay at Joe's condo, you won't be disappointed!

  Great place to stay and walk everywhere. We spent a lot of time in historic annapolis and eastport and could walk anywhere we wanted to go. The accommodations were lovely and comfortable and the owner was helpful and easy to reach. Would definitely stay there again.
