This charming two bedroom cottage is on the SunCity Green Belt. Located on a quiet street, with off street parking, in garage parking and room for the furnished Golf Cart that comes with the rental. Very comfortable accommodations for two couples, with two separate master suites on each side of the house. The decor is tasteful and comfortable for lounging. Open architecture makes this modest space feel spacious and comfortable.
Access to the rest of the Coachella Valley is nearby at the Washington exit to I-10 and South to Hwy 111. Nearby is grocery shopping, coffee house, restaurants and all of the Sun City amenities are available to renters when registration is completed. Club Houses, Golf, Swimming, Water Aerobics, jacuzzi, lawn bowling, playing pool, theatre, library and more.

Owner requires one full day between occupancies to inspect and clean the property. Arrival and departure dates will be varied as a result. Please inquire directing to the owner for further information.
Two week stays or less require a $300.00 deposit to reserve the property. Full payment due 60 days before the rental date.,
One month stays or more, require a $750.00 deposit to reserve the property. Full payment due 60 days before the rental date. Cancelations made 30 days or less from rental dates will forfeit all of the deposit. PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY CASH OR CHECK, NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED
Additional Fees and Taxes:
An additional fee of $25.00 per renter may be paid for electronic access cards to the amenities of the Sun City Community. A refundable cleaning deposit of $200.00 is required regardless of length of stay.

About the owner: I am a single professional woman, who fell in love with Palm Desert several years ago. The dry heat and beauty of the desert enchanted me. I am an avid golfer and love the opportunities to play in the desert. This home is a perfect for a golf getaway and is near the I-10 Fwy and Hwy 111, accessing easily all of the 140+ courses in the Coachella Valley. It provides me with a peaceful and restful place to land after a great day on the course!
