We had a group of 10 people looking for accommodations for 10 days. After searching for hotels my sister in law suggested this website. Our family had never rented a vacation home before so we weren't sure how we would like it. But this house exceeded all of our expectations and was hands down superior to a stay at the finest hotels. It was great to be able to cook our own meals, hang out and relax together as a family, and stay in such a luxurious home for such a reasonable price. The owners were very easy to work with and made us feel at home. I highly recommend this house.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: My husband and I had considered retiring in the Northwest after falling in love with Mt Rainier. This is a picture of us at Mt. Helens. We've been to so many wonderful places since relocating to Eugene, Oregon where my husband accepted a professional position. We purchased a great home and now use it as a base camp for various sightseeing, hiking, camping, skiing, rafting, Harley riding, traditional biking and other outdoor recreational activities. We thought about selling the house; however, if we can keep it by sharing it with others who will take care of it as we do, then so be it. Oregon and Washington are absolutely beautiful venues to visit time and time again.
