Come and enjoy our new third-floor Brookside condo in the highly desirable, gated resort community of Heritage Bay. This gated community offers an extraordinary lifestyle that includes the best in golf, tennis, fitness and social activities. Conveniently located in North Naples, the community is approximately 20 minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). The community has a resort-like feel, but emphasizes privacy and tranquility with approximately 80% of the land comprised of lakes, golf course and preserves. Over five miles of bicycle trails and walking paths surround the property. A short drive will take you to pristine sandy beaches, exclusive shopping, luxurious dining, or one of Naples other well-known fashionable entertainment experiences.
We designed our condo to create a relaxed, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. It is situated on the third floor and accessible by elevator or stairs. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a brand new mattress, in-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds with brand new mattresses, a closet and is adjacent to the second bathroom. The kitchen and dining area overlook the fourteenth hole of the golf course and provide panoramic views of the small creek and protected nature preserve. The seating area in the living room is optimal for entertainment, complete with a new 46-inch plasma flat screen television. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, coriander counter tops, a breakfast bar, maple cabinets and comes fully equipped. Relax on the screened-in lanai and enjoy the comfort of a synthetic wicker love seat, two chairs and a coffee table as you doze off under the spell of the peaceful scenery! Ceiling fans were installed in each room, plus central air. Washer and dryer housed within the unit. Walk right out of our condo and enjoy the convenience of one of the community’s five swimming pools at your fingertips. We purposefully selected this unit due to its proximity to the pool, so relax and soak up the sun!
A place to bring family and friends together, Heritage Bay’s 27,000 square foot first-class clubhouse features beautiful lakeside casual and fine dining restaurants, relaxation lounges with saunas, a billiard room and a large card room. An additional 8,000 square foot state-of-the-art fitness facility, including a salon and massage room, completes the resort style amenities. A monthly calendar of fitness activities and classes (e.g. yoga, spinning, etc.) provides even more options either before or after the spa!
Dine in one of three restaurants: the main dining room, the grill room in the clubhouse or the Chickee Hut at the main resort pool. Enjoy dinner with your friends or a drink at the bar, play a friendly game of cards or billiards or relax in the sauna in the beautiful clubhouse.
The 27-hole Lewis-Azinger designed championship golf course, complete with an aqua driving range and golf pro shop, offers hand-mowed Tifeagle grass greens. Wide and rolling fairways set amongst acres of natural preserves and crystal blue lakes make this course nothing shy of spectacular. With only a one-time transfer fee of $250 (and $19 cart fee per round if you’d rather skip the walk), you can play every day if you so desire. Lessons are also available from the club professional if you are so inclined.
For tennis enthusiasts, there are 7 lighted, Har-Tru tennis courts with grand-stand seating for tournaments, social and charity events. A pro-shop and an on-site tennis professional will give you the resources you need to have fun and improve your tennis skills.
To insure maximum pleasure during your stay, we provide two bicycles, beach chairs, books, magazines and board games!

I have to say that I was most impressed with our spotless accommodations. The attention to detail and the comforts they included made this a trip to remember and want to return. Hopefully, sooner rather than later. The owners even took our call at 10/PM to answer questions we had. I can honestly say I can’t remember the last time I was this relaxed. Don’t hesitate or look any further for your next vacation destination.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We currently live in Boston, which is equidistant from our families in Quebec (Trois-Rivieres) and Philadelphia. While vacationing in southwest Florida last winter, my husband and I immediately fell in love with Naples and decided to purchase this piece of paradise. It is now our home away from home!
