My wife and I have been frequent renters at The Lakes, because we have always had such a terrific experience. We have enjoyed every minute. It's been such a great break from our wet Pacific Northwest springs.
We are very excited to have acquired this unit, as we have long admired its' gorgeous view, (we think it's the best view in the entire complex!). The panoramic sunset views of the Santa Rosa mountains will be a lovely highlight of your days here.
We have just finished a complete remodel of this beautiful home, with new carpet, paint, cabinetry, new furniture, new tile, etc. This is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo (with a king sized bed in the master and twin beds in the guest bedroom), new appliances, flat screen TVs, computer and internet access. We have tried really hard to make this the perfect place to you to enjoy the desert sun, and we would love to invite you here for a wonderful vacation.
Our golf cart will be available for you to travel around the country club grounds. Unrestricted golf course privileges are available with this unit, with applicable green fees. The course at The Lakes was designed by master golf architect Ted Robinson. It is a challenging and stunningly beautiful layout that is, simply put, fun to play. There are many great courses to play nearby as well.
A newly refurbished fitness center (complete with trainers, classes, and spa services) and a premier, first class tennis facility with 15 perfectly maintained courts will provide you with everything you need to keep your competitive edge. The Lakes Country Club has more than 40 swimming pools for your splashing pleasure, and the closest is only a few steps away.

We were delighted to find these accommodations even exceeded our expectations!! It is like walking into your own home! The condo provides everything one could hope for and is extremely well maintained. It is very apparent the pride the owners have in their property. They are a pleasure to deal with in every aspect. Would highly recommend.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We stayed here for a week and were very, very happy with the condo. It is beautifully furnished. I enjoy cooking and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location is terrific and the views are the best on the property. There was a golf cart for us to use that made it a snap to get around. The Lakes is a wonderful golf course and the tennis pro gave my husband a great lesson. We found the owners very easy to work with and they provided everything we needed. We will definitely come here again. We highly recommend it!Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our first time at The Lakes. An absolute jewel of the valley and perfectly situated to reach all the hot spots. The condo was very well equipped, comfortable, and wonderful to look out the window in the morning to see a beautifully manicured golf course, a lake and fountain... in the desert! The owners of this condo are very accomodating. I recommend this place for any renter. In fact, we loved The Lakes so much, we bought our own property!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.
