This beautiful condo is spacious, with all the comforts of home, and it is even better than expected. This family owned and operated property is the perfect place to stay, and the family is delightful! The location is great for various day excursions, such as Bryce Canyon National Park. The quaint, friendly town itself embodies the "Welcome" spirit. It is a quiet place, and at night, you can see the beautiful stars. I recommend this property to all, whether passing through or staying for a while. However, you can't stay there when we are there; I can't share! =)Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed at this cabin/condo for 3 nights in June. It was beautiful to wake up and see the quaint little village across the street and the breathtaking views. The place was nice, clean, spacious and had all the amenities of home! If you want the 'feel' of roughing it, with cable tv, warm beds, a hot shower and a beautifully decorated condo - this is the place for you! Be sure to eat at the wonderful cafe across the street! We had breakfast there every morning and dinner there after returning from Bryce canyon each night. The entire trip was amazing and we are so glad we chose this location to stay! Enjoy your trip too!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The condo was nice during our 4 night stay: - it had more than enough room for 4 people. - the snow outside the front door was beautiful. - the condo was clean and comfortable, heating was good and the shower had good water pressure. Some minor suggestions: - If you come in late March as we did, make sure you have a 4-wheel drive car, the driveway was steep and icy/snowy. - the condo could have been better stocked with toiletries - not enough toilet paper, better towels, hair dryer. - provide more specific directions for trash disposal location. All in all, a nice place to stay. Good value and central to all that we wanted to see in Utah. We loved our visit to such a beautiful place!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed the condo. Very comfortable and clean. Nice, comfortable beds. Wish it had a more "cabin-like" feel to it, though. Also, a newer TV (flat screen LCD or plasma) would be a nice addition. Wish the parking area had been plowed before we arrived. Hwy 14 out of Cedar CIty was closed the afternoon we drove up and had to go around through Panquich to get to Duck Creek. In winter be ready to take one of the alternate routes and use 4-wheel drive or have chains in car!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.
Owner response: We appreciate all feedback from our renters to help us improve the renting experience for future and returning renters. We have updated our TV to a flat screen, we loved the suggestion! One thing about Utah...you never know when it is going to snow! We watch the weather and update our renters when we know that it is going to snow and make sure that the parking lot is plowed. Four-wheel drive or chains are highly recommended during the winter months. Our condo entrance is on a hill and even when it has been plowed you still need four-wheel drive or chains to enter. However, we do have a lower parking lot that is available for you to park your car in the event that it is not prepared for our beautiful Utah snow!
