Amazing 2 Bed/2 Bath 10th Floor condo in the beautiful Mansions By The Sea on Sunset Beach. Located in the Tampa, FL area directly on the Gulf of Mexico, this condo sits on a beach known as Sunset Beach. It is at the southern most end of Treasure Island, just West of St. Petersburg and North of St. Pete Beach. The complex is an owner and monthly rental community. It is gated and private. Inquire about the possibiity of renting the party room for social gatherings.
This is the perfect setting for any vacation or winter getaway!
Walk through the door of this condo and take in the incredible view of blue water from every room. The view is like being on a ship; beautiful, endless water out to the horizon. As you get closer to the floor to ceiling windows and sliders that completely surround this over 1510 sq. ft. condo, you will then see the white sand beach below. Walk out onto the over 120 ft wrap around balcony. The ceiling on the balcony is one foot higher then the inside ceiling. If you have ever lived in a unit with a attached balcony you will appreciate how the higher balcony ceiling keeps the view beautiful and open from inside. The views of the gulf and of the sunset will enchant you each day and evening! You cannot get any closer to the Gulf! Located in building B right on the waters edge, there are no buildings obstructing the spectacular view. (Building A is set back and to the side of building B. There is a difference to the view being completely unobstructed when in building B in this unit).
Remodeled in 2010, this gorgeous condo features multiple upgrades and fine designer furnishings.
The designer living room has a leather sofa, leather love seat, a reclining leather chair, decorative sconces and lighting, brass and glass tables, a 42'HDTV, Blueray DVD player, CD player, stereo, and full length sliders leading to the wrap around 120 ft balcony. Your own movie theater is at your fingertips with a 7' Wide movie screen that is pulled down from behind a window valance. The remote controlled HD movie projector drops from the ceiling to project a crisp, clear, huge image. A surround sound system completes the home theater experience.
The gourmet kitchen has maple cabinetry, granite countertops, a bar counter and bar stools, refrigerator with ice maker, cook top, oven, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Essentials include all required dishes, glassware, flatware, and cookware.
The master bedroom has a Mediterranean feel. The bedroom has the same floor to ceiling western Gulf view and balcony access. Custom shutters can be closed for keeping out the daylight. Sleep in comfort on a king size, four post bed with luxury linens. The bed faces a custom made marble fireplace offering the ultimate in relaxation and romance. The fireplace is electric and can be set to offer just the ambiance of flames or extra heat if desired. Tucked behind a painting above the fireplace you will find the flat screen TV, Blueray DVD player, and stereo. Just a click of a remote rolls up the painting to reveal your bedroom media center. Custom closets offer drawers and shelving for your belongings. The master bath is large with an extra roomy granite and glass shower. Two granite vanities and crystal sconces add to the elegance.
The 2nd bedroom has two twin Murphy beds that fold up into the wall for an open floor plan that extends into the living room. The bedroom is closed off with an accordion door custom made for sound barrier and complete privacy. Full length sliders in this bedroom lead out to the southern view of the Gulf and sandy beach of the end of the peninsula. The bedroom is converted to an open floor plan by day and private retreat by night. This design offers maximum space and view for a couple or family. The 2nd bath is brand new and features a deep Kohler tub, marble vanity, Kohler fixtures, and marble and mosaic tile. A beautiful crystal chandelier elegantly lights the room.
This condo also features a den. The den has become the favorite quiet spot where our kids read or watch their own TV show. An in unit washer and dryer is also located in this room for your convenience.
The grounds surrounding the Mansions By The Sea offer a luxurious tropical setting. A gated community, The Mansions By The Sea provides full time security. There are two covered parking spaces for your use during your stay accessed only with a gate code. On site accommodations include tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, heated swimming pool, game room with pool table, ping pong and foosball. A boardwalk along the beach is ideal for early morning or peaceful sunset strolls when you aren't walking the beach collecting shells.

The best place we've ever stayed in the St. Pete Beach area, hands down. And that's saying a lot because we've been vacationing here since I was a child. Very clean, well kept, very secure building, great pool, incredible views, great amenities inside and out...the list goes on and on. The owners were great to work with, we hope to come back next year.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We were very lucky to find this amazing condo! It was roomy enough that we did not feel like we were stepping on each other constantly. The home homeowners were super informative! They even rated the restaurants in the area. We must have similar tastes because they were right on with every place that we tried. We loved the board walk around the waterway. My three year old called it the Lizard Walk. The view was BREATHTAKING, the sunsets were the best I had ever seen! I thought that everything in the condo was top of the line, the bedding, towels, sound system, TV's. We had a tropical storm come when we were there, but we still were able to enjoy our stay watching movies with the home theater system, and 7 foot movie screen! This would be a great honeymoon spot or a family get away. The home was equipped to entertain larger groups if you had family or friends in the area. The condo building itself felt very secure and our family always felt safe. We loved the pool and my 16 year old son loved the weight room. Also, the home owners were very quick to take care of any concerns we might have had. (We had a leak because of the tropical storm, things were handled very professionally and very quickly.) I can't say enough to really express how amazing this condo was, wish we lived there year around!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The owners could not have been nicer. I have been to this area many times in the past but have never felt so comfortable in a rental unit. It is like a second home. So close to shopping and dinning. The view is breath taking and the beach is well maintained. I will definitely come again if they have openings available.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

The view cannot be beat, it is truly incredible. The unit is very spacious and the floor to ceiling windows and wrap around balcony sealed the deal!

We enjoy the relaxing sound of the waves that literally 'rock' you to sleep. Just sitting inside of the condo you feel on vacation, the water and waves right out every window. The beach is at the end of a peninsula, so it feels more private much of the time. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and relaxing to walk through.
