Owl's Nest will comfortably accommodate one to four guests, and perhaps a well-behaved pet! It is fully furnished, with bed and bath linens provided. The gas fireplace and baseboard heaters will keep you cozy when the snowflakes fall, and air-conditioning is provided just in case those cool summer breezes warm up a bit.

You'll love to stroll along the tree-lined winding roads of Linville Land Harbor, a friendly unpretentious mountain resort. As our guests, you will have access to all the resort amenities, including the swimming pool, lake, golf course, tennis courts, and more!

Within 15 minutes (or less) are Grandfather Mountain, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Linville Falls and Caverns, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, and the lovely villages of Banner Elk, Newland, and Linville. Within 30 minutes, you'll find more shopping, restaurants, recreation, and fun in Blowing Rock, Boone, Beech Mountain, and Spruce Pine. A little farther down the Parkway are Mount Mitchell (highest east of the Mississippi!) and the delightfully cosmopolitan city of Asheville with its don't-miss Biltmore House.
