  We had a great week down at Tina's condo! The condo was spacious for my wife, two boys (ages 9 and 3), and of course me. Having two bathrooms and bedrooms afforded us the ability to get ready altogether before dinner and going out. The bedrooms were nice because the boys had their own bed and didn't have to share sleeping arrangements. The only negative was one elevator in the place. When we arrived on July 28, we had to stand around for 25 minutes waiting for the elevator to go back down and get stuff out of the car. With everyone arriving around 2-3 o'clock it became the perfect storm. It was a long process trying to get our stuff up to our place. However, the rest of the week it was no problem. The pool, lazy river, and sauna were nice as well! My sons really loved all of those amenities. The beach is such a short walk from our place so that made it a lot easier. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. Tina was a huge help during the process of booking the condo as well. I see no reason why we will not want to stay here again next summer. It was extremely affordable for our family! We appreciate her helpfulness with everything!

  We stayed at this condo during the week of May 26-June 2, 2012, and we loved it! The location is excellent; you’re on the beach, within walking distance of the SkyWheel, Gay Dolphin, and all other attractions on the “strip,” and a short driving distance to other attractions like Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. The condo was very roomy. There were plenty of linens. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. The only pool at this building is the rectangular outdoor pool, but we also had use of the three neighboring buildings’ pools (which include all that you see on this page). The balcony is curved and on the smaller side, but is oceanfront and we enjoyed sitting outside watching the waves. A street view from the master bedroom window was a nice surprise. We felt like we were getting the best of both worlds! Tina was very helpful and quick to respond to any of my questions. Overall, we had a GREAT trip!!! 10/10, would stay again.

  We brought our one daughter to SC. Our son goes to CCU so it was a great visit. The weather was cold the beginning of the week, but was nice by the end of the week. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked to cook some homemade meals. The bed were comfortable also. All in all, it was a great vacation.

  Perfect location, beautiful view. Eight pools great for the family or couples. Plenty to do within walking distance everything a short drive. Fishing pier 5 minute walk boardwalk 7. Great condo fully equipped and very clean. 35 cent wing and raw bar 21 st. happy hour 4-6 just a 5 min. walk, grocery store and any shopping within walking distance, or a 1-2 minute drive. Great value, location, and room. cubby

  I stayed here for a week on June 18-June 25, 2011 with my family. The condo was very nice and in a great location. Check in was very easy and the staff at ODVR was very nice. The pools were great and my kids enjoyed the lazy river. I loved the swings looking out over the ocean. We walked to the boardwalk many times during the week to enjoy the entertainment. I would recommend this condo for a great vacation.

  My two boys (15 and 17) and I stayed at Tina's condo over our spring break weekend. The condo is on the 9th floor has two large bedrooms with baths and a great family area overlooking the beach. It is in the heart of Myrtle Beach Central, a perfect location to walk to many attractions! What a pleasant long weekend the boys and I had. The view was spectacular, the pools... fun and the time spent as a family with no cares... perfect. Thank you for making that time possible for us. Hopefully we will have an opportunity to stay at your lovely condo again.
