This completely updated and modern three (3) bedroom, two (2) bathroom, single-family Brigantine home has central air conditioning and modern amenities. Beach block home with views of Atlantic City Casinos. We now have High Speed DSL Wireless Internet Access! Our southern, sandy beach is expansive and is a popular destination for surfers, boogie boarders, swimmers and boating enthusiasts.

Located in a quiet single-family home, residential neighborhood in the Seapoint Section of Brigantine. Great neighborhood for bike riding, walking or rollerblading. Very convenient location with full service grocery store (Shop N' Bag), pizza/wing take-out, Sack-O-Sub's hoagie/sub shop, fast food, movie rentals, Chinese take-out & upscale seafood restaurants being only a 3 minute drive away! Atlantic City's casinos (Trump Marina, Borgata and Harrah's) are only a short 5 minute drive away.


Recently remodeled with all ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen and hallways, new carpeting in the bedrooms and living room, and new ceramic tiled baths with pedestal sinks. French doors lead to the fenced-in patio with new table & chairs for dining al fresco. Gas Grill for outdoor cooking.

Bed Linens and Bath Towels are included. Master Bedroom with King-size bed and TV w/DirecTV Satellite (includes premium channels & HBO) & DVD Player has a private full bath with enclosed shower and new pedestal sink. Bedroom #2 has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds. 2nd Full bathroom has tub/shower and pedestal sink.

Modern kitchen has four-burner stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. Washer and Dryer in laundry room. Living/Dining room is furnished with Italian leather sofas, black wicker and glass dining table and chairs, entertainment unit, Modern local art, TV w/DirecTV Satellite (includes premium channels & HBO) with VHS/DVD Player, Radio with CD player and more!

Brigantine has six recreational and play areas throughout the island, including eight public tennis courts. Surf fishing is permitted on the beach between Ninth Street South and Thirteenth Street South and on the north and south ends of the beach (north of Fourteenth Street North and south of Brandt Road).

Please call or email to book. We require a 30% deposit towards the contract in order to book your desired week in 2008. Minimum 7 Night Stay, Saturday to Saturday during summer months, June through August.
