This home, Orange Blossom, has 7 Bedrooms (4 Master suites),6 bathrooms and evokes memories of a golden era of luxurious surroundings in the Southern style... with over 5200 sq.ft of exceptional living area (including a 1200sq.ft pool deck) & GAMES ROOM, nestled on an oversize plot in the exclusive, gated Emerald Island community.

The resort is a gated community complete with a fabulous dolphin water fountain at the main entrance. This home is the ultimate in vacationing but is only a part of what you get. The Resort itself has a large club house which hosts a heated pool and spa, Tiki Bar for relaxing and enjoying friends. There is a fitness room and Sauna. Gathering room for meetings, Cyber cafe with INTERNET ACCESS. Video game room. Concierge Service for tickets, dinner reservations and shows, Shuttle Service to the attractions, and a host of other treats for you. Not to forget the relaxing nature walk that meanders through the resort.

The home is one of the largest on the resort and should not be mistaken for one of the smaller seven bedroom homes. Orange Blossom boasts some of the most luxurious amenities to enjoy while visiting the entertainment capital of the World... and it's less than three miles from Disney's doorstep! With seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, this elegant vacation home is perfect for family groups, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests in spacious comfort.

Orange Blossom has a huge luxurious family room to relax in together during the day or evening, with sumptuous sofas and love-seats, coffee table, occasional tables with lamps, and an entertainment center with a big-screen TV, VCR, DVD player and sound system - so you can watch your favorite movie, or listen to the music that you love (you'll have to bring it!). If its a little peace and quiet you want then relax in the sumptuously furnished separate lounge, read a book or play a board game.

Step out from the family room, through the sweeping doors on to the shaded lanai with table and cushioned chairs, and a stunning private extra-large (1250 square foot) pool deck, sparkling clear waters of the pool 15 foot by 30 foot and bubbling six-guest spa pool. Both the pool and spa pool can be optionally heated with the efficient gas heated provided. A child-safety fence is provided for the guests use in the pool area.

Enjoying family meals together while on vacation couldn't be simpler. Choose to eat out at one of the many fine restaurants within minutes of Orange Blossom - or choose to prepare a fabulous family feast or a quick snack in our fully equipped "gourmet"-style kitchen, and then enjoy the meal together at the breakfast bar, nook or formal dining room... or simply go out and enjoy the food al-fresco by the pool.

And if that is not enough there is a large fully functional carpeted, fan cooled games room comprising of pool table, fooz ball, dartboard, bar pub table and stools plus the obligatory TV so you don’t miss any of the sports action.

Sleeping accommodation at Orange Blossom is - as you would expect - up-scale and very luxurious. Choose from one of two bedroom Grand Master Suites with king-size beds, or two further Master Suites with queen-size beds. Each master bedroom suite provides spacious and gracious, restful luxury accommodation, night stands with lamps, dresser, cable TV's, DVD players and VCR's, walk-in or spacious closets, and en-suite bathrooms.

The Grand Master bathrooms provide his 'n' hers vanity basins, walk-in shower, corner "Roman" tub, and private toilet. The other Master bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers or bath/showers, toilets, and vanity basins for comfort. There are three twin bedrooms, each perfectly appointed, with en-suite full bathroom. Each twin also has TV, VCR/DVD and Sony PlayStation PS2, closet space, night stands with lamps and clock/radio/alarms.

The oversize kitchen has been fully-equipped with everything that you could need. Outside, there's a super, gas heated private screened pool where you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit in the shaded lanai and relax. This property is designated Non-Smoking.

  • We just got back from our family reunion at your "Summer Breeze" Villa. It is definitely just as you see in your ad and more. Perfect for a large group. We were 13 and there was plenty of room for all to have privacy as well as be together in the terrific common areas (house & pool).   • Our family spent almost a week at this awesome house!! It was by far, the best accomodations we have ever found when travelling for our reunions. The pool was perfect, the great room accomodated our entire family and the kitchen was well equipped for the meals we made in the house. The pictures were very accurate to the nicely done interior decorating throughout the house. If we have the opportunity to return to Orlando, I would not want to stay anywhere else!!

  • I've just returned from staying at Summer Breeze this May, and I had an absolute wonderful time. Everyone that stayed with my husband and me enjoyed the entire house, especially the pool. There's nothing bad I can say about our stay, the pics were on point, it is what it is. We are planning to take another trip next year but this time stay longer. We really had lots of fun. I would definately recommend this house to anyone.

The home was beautifully decorated and the game room was a hit with everyone! We enjoyed Disney, but the lodging made it the best vacation we have ever had!

  • Stayed in this lovely home for a week while attending a convention. Mr. Adams was very helpful in providing information about the rental and arranging a crib rental for our granddaughter. There were 10 of us and everyone had their own space and a wonderful time. The only recommendation I would make is for a mop and a new ironing board cover, otherwise everything was perfect.

  • We held our family reunion at Summer Breeze in early April. All four families had a wonderful time. The new pool and spa was lovely. Lee Adams was very helpful in making all arrangements (for a crib, BBQ, etc. prior to our arrival). The location is very convenient to Disney. Having our own kitchen was a definite plus. The house was very clean and well-equipped. The kids enjoyed the game room. All in all, the house was wonderful!

  • Our family and two other families have just returned from a wonderfully relaxing vacation at Summer Breeze. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the home and the amenities were first rate. The pool was in constant use, and the convenience to the Orlando area attractions was a definite plus. This was our first attempt at renting a vacation home, and we will definitely book a vacation at Summer Breeze again. Thank you for a truly unforgettable vacation experience. As several of the kids quoted, "It was the best vacation ever!!!"

  • Our family of 15 has just returned from our yearly family get together. We loved the villa. It not only met our expectations but it exceeded them. We have rented homes in Florida for the last 5 years. Your house has really been the best yet. The rooms are spacious and the decor is very nice. With T.V'S and DVD'S in all rooms there was never a dispute over who's watching what and when. The guys really enjoyed the game room and the kids enjoyed the PS2 systems. The only minor drawback was there was not a spa and the pool was a little smaller than expected. To all that are interested in renting this home, GO AHEAD!! you will not regreat it. IT'S A LOVELY, SPACIOUS AND IMMACULATE HOUSE.(LOCATION IS GREAT TOO) WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN. IF YOU HAVE RENTAL PROPERTIES IN OTHER PARTS OF FLORIDA LET US KNOW.

    I agree that the pool is a little small. That is why the pool is being enlarged to one of the largest on the resort (34ft x 18ft) and there will be also be a 10 person Spa, The new pool and Spa will be complete by September 2004.
