  Incredible Home! Leah was extremely easy to work with and accomodating. The pictures simply do not do the home justice. Awesome gourmet kitchen. We could for our girls the whole time we we were there. Happy 15th B-day for our oldest on Sat and a nice Roast and sides for Superbowl Sunday. The mstr bdrm is on the 1st floor and towards the back of the house giving parents or others lots of privacy. huge master bdroom, with lots of windows, deck providing beautiful views. Wish we could have stayed longer. Nice Gym, too, Thanks so much Leah!

  We had a group of 6 young adults and it accommodated all of our needs. There was plenty of room and we loved that there were 3 bed and 3.5 bath. The whole house was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking, washing dishes and clothing. Since it was snowing, it was nice that both of our cars were able to go into the garage. They have a good movie selection to choose from in the living room and a handful of CDs to enjoy. Our group will definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you. :)

  Truly wonderful, this home has everything and more when looking for a great place to stay. Owners are just a phone call or email away and go out of there way to make sure your stay is more than comfortable. Sitting on the back deck looking out over the valley with a glass of wine and a good book is truly getting away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The fully stocked kitchen, movie and CD library is amazing. Cannot wait to go back to this home for there is no reason to try and find anything better. Besides our little Corgi not wanting leave neither we.. Cheers to all dog lovers and owners understanding enough to allow pets in their home..

  This house was better than we expected, pictures don't do it justice. Fully stocked with everything our two families could need and more. The owners were extremely helpful, communicative and easy to work with. Extremely positive experience!

  We were lucky to find this property last minute for Memorial Day weekend. I am very pleased with the place. The house was stocked with everything we could need. I liked their collection of movies, audio CDs and games which was great since we spent a lot of time inside with two infants. They had everything you could need at a house and more! We grilled in the front yard by the waterfall. And kitchen was well stocked and clean! Would love to come back! :)

  What a great home!!! We spent the weekend cooking, which even included roasting a turkey! We baked, broiled, roasted, and sauteed in this marvelous kitchen. This is a dream home for anyone looking to stay in Arrowhead. The location is great, on a nice street with many beautiful homes. We will definitely come back. Thanks Leah and Harry!!!   One of the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed in. It has everything that you would need to have a wonderful family getaway. I would recommend it to anybody. Kids were so happy they did not want to go back home.

  My family and I rented this cabin during the holidays. We had such a wonderful time. The cabin was really nice. It was big enough for everyone to have their own space. There is a great sitting area by the kitchen for some quiet time if you don't want to be around the TV. Rooms are really nice as well. The place is decorated very nicely and well taken care of. We are looking to spending many more weekends at this cabin.

Cancellation policy:

RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS The Friedman House 1. CHECK- IN TIME is after 2pm. CHECK- OUT TIME is 11am. Early or late check in only with prior approval. Our cleaning crew shows up at 11:00. 2. This is a strictly NON-SMOKING house, including outside on the property. 3.NOISE- we have full time neighbors, please quiet down by 11 pm. This is not a party house. 4. SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT- There are options for security/damage: either a one time non-refundable fee of $49 for a $1500.00 renters insurance policy, $69.00 for $3000.00 insurance policy, or a refundable $750.00 fee. The deposit is fully refundable within 7 days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. a. No damage is done to the house, yard, or contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to pets. c. All keys are left (1 in lock box and one on kitchen counter) and the house is locked. d. No linens, dishes, utensils, etc are missing. e. Beach club pass is left by guest book on kitchen counter. f. You departed by the agreed upon time 5. PAYMENT- A deposit of 50% is required to hold the reservation. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. Please use credit card or cashiers check only. 6. CANCELLATIONS- A 30 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations made prior to the 30 days will be fully refunded minus a $100.00 processing fee. Less than 30 days notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The security deposit or renters insurance fee will be returned in full. 7. LINENS- are provided, with beds made up prior to arrival. (Except futon in workout room as people take this upstairs sometimes). No daily maid service. Place all dirty linens in laundry room and start first load of laundry prior to departing. 8. RATE CHANGES- rates subject to change without notice, prior to receiving advance payment. No changes will be made once deposit is received. 9. PARKING- parking is available on the driveway in front of the garage, down below by the shed, and on street. Do not block the access road or the neighbors area. Please be careful when backing up not to hit the boat trailer parked behind you. It is the neighbors boat and has been hit several times. 10. SNOW POLICY- Be prepared for snow in the winter. Mountain roads are curvy and steep. We DO NOT provide snow clearance of any region of the house. 4 wheel/all wheel drive or chains are highly recommended. Frequently you will need to show your chains at chain control even if you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Referrals for snow removal available upon request. NO REFUNDS will be given due to weather unless: a. Cal trans closes down HWY 18 for more than 6 hours on day of arrival. 11.PETS- Pets are permitted in the house with prior approval. All pets must be under the owners control at all times. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fee. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Please set dog water/food bowls on tile in laundry room, not on hard wood floors. By paying, I agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
