A very private luxurious and exotic new property suitable for a romantic getaway, honeymoon, or a shared vacation with friends and family in one of the Sunshine Coast's favorite locations. - Sunshine Beach. The villa is on two levels of beautiful red hardwood floors with a master suite on each level and a third bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. Large sliding glass doors open on to the upper patio from the living room area and overlooks the pool below. A gas fireplace provides ambience for cozy, quiet evenings. The garden and pool have lighting and a music system for evening entertaining. A gourmet kitchen, open to the dining and living areas, has all you need for preparing meals and entertaining. A built-in espresso machine is ready for that early morning coffee before you head down to the beach or out for a day's exploring. There is a convenient outside shower located near the front door for showering off when you return from the beach. The entrance to the villa and garage is through a security gate. The villa is located in a quiet beachside neighbourhood - all you will hear when you wake up is birdsong and the surf in the distance. A short walk and you are on the beach or in the local village where there are funky cafes, the surf club for casual dining, a few restaurants, great coffee and a chance to sit, relax, read the paper and watch the local lifestyle evolve. You might even see a celebrity or two enjoying some quiet time with family and friends. Head to the beach to surf, swim, lie on the beach with a book or walk for miles - its up to you! Five minutes drive to Noosa Junction for your shopping needs and another five minutes drive to Hastings Street, Noosa Heads for the boutique shops, amazing restaurants, the main beach for swimming, or take the National Park walk up to the walk-in surf beaches.........so much to do, so little time! On Sundays head to the Noosa Farmers Market in the early morning for fabulous fresh produce and all sorts of local food and seafood - its where the locals go to shop and hang out. Try surfing, paddle surfing, cycling, hiking, wind surfing or kayaking. Great day trips include the Australia Zoo, Eumundi Market (one of Australia's best markets) or the hinterland towns of Montville and Maleny and to the north, Fraser Island. The Unique Benefits at this HouseWe love it for the lifestyle! The property is luxuriously furnished and private affording guests the opportunity to relax and enjoy the facilities. The beach and the village are 8 minutes walk from the house. The village has a small market, gift shops, deli, an award winning coffee roaster/cafe, funky and upscale restaurants - all good!, bakery, liquor store, wine shop and bistro and the surf club for casual dining. The beach is spectacular and the location is well known for surfing and has a supervised swimming area. Walk the sands for miles or just relax with a book and watch the waves. Hike over the point, along the coastal track in the National Park and into Noosa, looking out for koalas on the way - catch the bus back! We also like to wander down to the beach with a coffee in hand and sit and watch the sunrise - spectacular! Sunsets are pretty good too.

We purchased this property after several years of looking for the right property on the Sunshine Coast. For us, being close to the beach (for long walks and the hike over the point into Noosa) as well as being close to the village and it's amenities, funky cafes and shops was exactly what we were looking for. Until we can spend a lot more time at the property we would like to rent it out to people who would love to explore this area as much as we do, whilst enjoying luxurious,private and relaxing accommodation. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do and will come back again and again!

What a lovely home in this beautiful corner of the world called Noosa! We stayed for a week in this modern vacation rental and loved every minute. The home is clean and exceptionally furnished, with a well equipped equipped kitchen. Very High end. Noosa is hot so the cool, saltwater plunge pool (surrounded by a tropical garden) was a welcome relief. We used the outside patios often, but also enjoyed resting in the vaulted living room-the French doors open widely allowing maximum ocean breeze. Noosa itself has the best cycling lanes we have seen anywhere-bring your bike, you'll love it. There is a bus stop close to the house to take you to the shops and to the Noosa Heads swimming beach. You are walking distance from a small commercial centre with restaurants and shops. You can easily do without a car in this location. Forest walks are numerous and interesting, with a beautiful National Park within walking distance. We ran or walked in this park every day. Overall, a perfect holiday location and great vacation rental. We highly recommend it. S & D from western Canada.

We stayed in this property for 3 weeks and absolutely loved it. The property itself was very nice with lots of space and stylish decor. Eating food from the barbeque of an evening and drinking coffee on the balcony first thing in the morning is normal practice for Sunshine beach residents and something we miss now back in the UK. The location of this house makes you feel like part of the local community rather than a tourist in a hotel/apartment block. Sunshine beach (stunning and mostly empty) was a short walk away, as was a nice coffee house and local shops. We hired a convertible car (from Hertz fun collection, Brisbane airport) and this made getting around the local area and sightseeing a pleasure. A car isn't a necessity but we were very pleased we hired one. Driving open top along the water side in Noosa, down the coast from one beach town to the next or inland to the markets in Eumundi were some of the many highlights of our trip. Booking this property was a pleasure; correspondence with Jennifer was always prompt, polite and professional. Australia is a stunning place that has it all and the Sunshine Coast is our favourite region of this fabulous country. We hope to return soon :-)

Having never been to Australia we weren't sure what to expect. Now after travelling around western and southern Australia and staying in numerous areas, this vacation rental home stands out among the best! Beautifully maintained and very well appointed, our family of 4 adults found the accomodations rivalling a 5 star. One was very comfortable relaxing at this home with easy access to a beach within walking distance. For those who want a bit more activity the larger beach area in Noosa is just a short drive away with shopping boutiques, cafes and a wide variety of restaurants. Hard to capture this place in pictures......a home we'd highly recommend!

This house is a beautiful tranquil place to stay. Sunshine Beach is a little oasis on the Sunshine Coast - close enough to Noosa but far enough away from the hussle and bussle. This was a beautiful place to stay. The place makes you feel like you are in your own personal spa, complete with water features and a Koi fish pond. Our family had the most magnificent time, lounging by the pool, making meals together, and enjoying a glass of wine in this magnificent getaway. The owners were friendly, easy to work with, and made this vacation as easy going as possible for us. We would highly recommend a stay! The home was close enough to walk to the beach, the local surfers club, excellent coffee and shops, and to surf lessons. Pefect location for any traveller.

We stayed at this luxury getaway in beautiful sunshine beach in October 2010. From the moment we made an inquiry we were impressed with the speedy and efficient response. The photos looked gorgeous on the web and in reality, the place was even better! We enjoyed the pristine kitchen, bathrooms and luxurious little extras. Our every need was catered for to the highest degree. An absolute highlight is the outdoor area. the beautiful plunge pool is simply breathtaking and sitting on the sunbed by the pool was as peaceful an experience that you can get. the surrounding neighbours were quiet and in fact we felt as though we were the only people in Noosa! Sunshine beach is very close as are the local shops. We loved the location, close enough to eveything, but without the feeling that you are staying in the middle of tourism madness! This place is truly a wonderful place, which provides the perfect balance of peaceful serenity and indulgence...without the hefty price tag! We thoroughly enjoyed every little thing about our stay and wish we never ever had to leave. Thanks so much for the experience.

In a week where the 'Sunshine' didn't quite live up to it's name, we had a great time in this magnificent residence. Interior design is a feature and we found ourselves picking up a new visual element - light, colour or an interesting ornament each and everyday and thinking... wow! Despite the weather, Sunshine Beach is a far nicer place to stay than in the heart of Noosa. It's only a short drive and there is a regular bus if you want to walk one way. Sunshine Beach is beautiful for walking, swimming and surfing, there is easy access to national park walks and the local cafes and restaurants serve up a great breakfast.
