This is the largest (2400 sq. ft.) top floor condo in the newest building in the Las Palmas Resort - 20 foot high vaulted ceilings add to the spaciousness of the family/dining area. Bar area accommodates 8-10 people - (two extra stools in entry closet ). Dining room which joins bar area has bar-height table (great for dining or playing games). Private patio with electric barbecue overlooking rustic pristine landscape, the home to various forms of wildlife. Full laundry area with built-in ironing board. Flat screen TV's in each bed room and large TV in entertainment center in central area (5 total). Beautifully decorated with southwest decor accent pieces. Easy access to biking and 4-wheeler trails. Near two outdoor pools/jacuzzis, hot tubs, resort playgrounds, basketball, volleyball, plus spa area which has 4 additional pools (one indoor year-round heated pool) tennis and racquetball courts. Great workout facilities and large barbeque facilities. Highly preferred to hotel or motel accommodations. Located in an area which is a mecca for the outdoor enthusiast.

It's centrally located near the major State and National Parks including Zion National Park. In fact, Zion National Park is just 45 miles from Las Palmas/Green Valley Resort.
You have unlimited access to 2 new Las Palmas Resort playgrounds, basketball, volleyball courts and two pool areas with jacuzzi. Additionally, you have full access to the Green Valley Resort pool area's with an indoor pool, and 4 outdoor pools, exercise room, tennis and racquetball courts.
Southern Utah is the Mecca for the outdoor enthusiast. Southern Utah is known for great biking, camping and climbing trails. See the breathtaking Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, The Grand Canyon, and Snow Canyon.

We stayed in Unit 2004 7/14/11 through 7/17/11…This condo is amazing! We had all the rooms filled with our family, but we didn’t feel cramped…It was Wonderful! It was so nice to have a space where we could all be together, but have separate bedrooms to wind down in…We loved having the space to just hang out…have all our meals together…to just enjoy each other…Loved, Loved, Loved this Condo!!! This was an awesome condo to stay in. I’ve never rented a condo before and I was a little hesitant. This condo was way pretty, very spacious, and very clean. It was everything we wanted. The price was cheaper for us then getting hotel rooms. We will surely stay here again. Check in and out was a breeze. Simply show up punch in your code, and leave by check out! Unit 2004–this unit was perfect for our party of 10. The kids loved the bunk-beds and the kitchen was great for our large party. The condo was close to one of the pools and we never heard the neighbors. When we come again, we will happily stay in this unit–thanks for the great accommodations!Did you find this review helpful? We had a family reunion in St. George with several families staying in the Las Palmas Condos. Two families were able to share #2004. The condo was modern, clean, and spacious. It was a great gathering place for games, movie watching, and family dinners. Out the back door were trails for riding our 4 wheelers. It was very convenient and helpful to have a washer and dryer. My family and I had a wonderful time staying in this Condo. Howard was easy to work with, and the amenities were terrific! We especially enjoyed swimming in the near by pools. The condo was large enough to spread out and enjoy our long stay. The beds were very comfortable and we would definitely stay again. Thanks!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
