  This townhome was an excellent place for our family. The location was absolutely superb with the lagoon right outside our door and the beach so close as well. The whole time that we were there, we were trying to figure out when we could come back! The owner is so kind and answered any questions that I had. This property is all around wonderful and I would definitely recommend it. In fact, my husband said that he wanted to tell people about this property, but he was afraid that we would never find a time to rent again if people knew about this treasure!

  THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT. UNIT IS SPOTLESS!!, LOVED THE DECK AND LAGOON. WE FISHED RIGHT OFF THE DECK, WHICH WE LOVED. GOLF WAS GREAT AND FREE TENNIS DAILY. CAN WALK TO DINNER AND IN THE MORNING COFFEE AND PAPER IS A SHORT WALK OR BIKE RIDE. VERY RELAXING. THE OWNERS HAVE PUT ALOT INTO THIS UNIT AND IT SHOWS. *HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT TO FAMILIES AND TO THOSE WHO JUST WANT TO RELAX....*

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Owner response: Thanks for the kind words. We love fishing off the dock too and my coffee on the dock in the morning is the best ever. Our villa is one of a very few villas with a private dock that is available for rental!

  I thought the place was excellent and as advertised. House was in great shape. We stayed with our three kids (ages 8-13) and there was plenty to do. The only quibble would be if there were a few more basics stocked in the kitchen (ie salt and pepper, garbage bags, dishwasher soap.) Next time we'll bring our own. Obviously not a big deal and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

  Owner response: Thanks for the great feedback. We did replace the salt and pepper shaker. However, we do not supply garbage bags. Folks need to bring their own soap and garbage bags. There is always something to do close to 806 Ocean Cove

  The villa was exactly what it was offered, in a word Outstanding The property was clean, it well-maintained , We could not have asked for more. Working with owner was a pleasure and very helpful with any questions we had during the rental process. Will would stay there again in the future.

  We really enjoyed the condo, and all of its ammenities. We were in town for a tennis tournament, so we didn't get to spend too much time in the condo. However, having 3 bathrooms/showers, and a great living area whicn opened up to the lagoon, was a great place to relax after our matches. The WIFI was a bonus, as well as the new tv downstairs. The only small complaint is that the icemaker was really slow and we had virtually no ice for the 5 days we were there. I recommend bringing a fishing pole and taking advantage of the back deck if you have time, it's a great area. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to HHI. Thank you so much :).

  Owner response: Thanks so much for the great review. In terms of the icemaker, our unit is professionally managed by a company on the island. Anytime there is an issue with the unit(big or small), please contact them immediatly to get the problem resolved. Always bring a fishing pole.....You never know when you will catch the big one!

  Really, really nice accommodations! We were there for an adult tennis tournament, and it was so nice to walk to the courts so quickly. We did a little fishing off the back deck, and walked to the beach for an evening stroll; so who could ask for more!!! Before confirming the reservation, I emailed and talked to the owner, who was extremely helpful and made me feel very welcome to his villa. We hope to stay here again next year.

  The condo was perfect. New piant, new flat screen TV. Very clean. The owner is easy to work with and I would go back again in a second. The location is also very good. Near a restaurant, tennis courts, and bike rentals, which we did. The description in the advertisment is correct in all areas. I will say this that the beds are very comfortable . Last year we paid alot more to stay in sea pines and the beds were so soft we had to move. Not here and the price is right for what you get! FIVE STARS ! We will be back next year, just hope we can get the same condo again. jeff

  This is a great condo in Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head Island. The condo is so nicely furnished with three roomy bedrooms, each with a private deck. The kitchen has all you need. The living area overlooks the lagoon, and you can walk out to a nice dock. Pull up the kayak and take a spin on the 11 mile lagoon in Palmetto Dunes. The beach is just across from the condo, with a with a fun outdoor restaurant serving good food & beverages. There are three golf courses right in Palmetto Dunes, with the Robert Trent Jones Clubhouse & course within walking distance to the condo. Tennis courts, bike & walking trails, & a nice private pool for owners & guests is right outside the condo, too. This is a perfect condo for families & friends to get together. I highly recommend it. Great location, great condition...just a totally great place!
