  We just got back from a lovely Spring Break stay at Deer Valley. This property is ideally located with a great view of the DV resort runs from the back hot tub which is very private yet open. Perfectly located; literally minutes to DV skiing (you can see the resort from the back), & 2 miles to Park City Resort and town. While not ski in ski out, we actually preferred being located a little closer to Park City which is really where you want to eat at night anyway & also where there is shopping, etc. The kitchen is REALLY well stocked and the condo is very roomy, beautifully furnished, updated and clean. We were there with only 2 teenagers but a larger family would be just as comfortable. The owners are terrific and really make you feel like a family friend. So much better than a hotel. Nice to have your own kitchen. We preferred this location to the Canyons and the Park City options after spending the week there and checking out the other properties. We will definitely return & would recommend to all. Really nice place. We rented a car which I think makes sense, but you could function without one just as well.

  Very comfortable beds and sleeping arrangements for our group of 6 adults and 4 children. Free Deer Valley shuttle picked up steps outside condo. Free city bus to Park City was short walk. It snowed during our stay and we appreciated the fireplace and hot tub. Owner's were very responsive to questions. It was a very quiet area and the kitchen was well stocked and the dining room table seated our entire group. We'd love to go back. Thanks!

  My friends and I rent a ski house every year for a ski trip out west. Having been to many areas, this is the first time we've had a rental house that just felt like a home. Super comfortable, plenty of space (We had 10, could easily have fit 12-13) and VERY well supplied for everything. Tons of paper products (lots of houses miss this) plus toiletries and detergent available!) Tons of TV's, free internet, and a great location and hot tub. Couldn't ask for anything better!

  We recently stayed at this property and were very pleased. It is well-appointed, clean and in a great location. The condo is but a short walk from Deer Valley's snow park lodge but there are shuttles to the resort as well. We would definitely rent this condo again.

  My wife and I have used this condominium three times and have already booked it for our next summer vacation. The description and pictures that you have just reviewed accurately describe the property. Each year when we arrive we find the property as we left it the previous year----still looks like new. Some of the features we especially like are, 1--The three main bedrooms all have in suite bath rooms. 2--There is a garage so the car is parked inside. 3--The dining table is large and can seat eight adults, great for having company over. 4--Great view over a small lake, therefour, you have space and don't feel crowded. Believe me, you can't go wrong with this rental.

  This was a great spot. Very close to skiing and very nicely appointed. It was easy to work with the owners. Beds were comfortable, home was clean, kitchen well stocked. Thanks!

  The only problem was that we (6 guys) couldn't stay longer! It is meticulously maintained - very clean and everything was where it belonged. After skiing all day (and some time in the hot tub) it was just a short drive to great restaurants 10 minutes away. Everything was as described. We contacted the owner twice while there, and both (very) minor items were addressed immediately. The owner and management team were very easy to reach and couldn't have been more responsive. Thanks for a great stay.

  We had an excellent experience the weekend in February 2012. The Pictures are exactly the way the townhome presents itself. The Accomodations were spacious, clean and comfortable and located very close to both Deer Valley and Park City Sky Resorts. We had a party of six but, fout to six more could have easily fit comfortably. The landlord was extremely accomadating as well - made numerous suggestions on travel, ski, rental arrangements and was easy to get a hold of. The next time we make it out to Park City, we will without a doubt book this townhome again - Great Value and worth every penny!

  Our recent stay at this property was perfect! The condo is well appointed and meticulously maintained. The furniture is comfortable and the high thread-count linens make for a good night's sleep. The location is excellent as it is close to Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge and Park City Mountain Resort. Main street is also close by.
