It is a nice house, well located and as advertised as far as space. It was tidy, but not well cleaned as there were large dust pile ups in the corners of all the bedrooms/bathrooms. Also, though we left the house we recieved it, we would charged for a missing duvet that was never there when we arrived. Upon many emails back and forth and an explicit guarentee that we did not have any interest in taking a kids comforter back to Canada with us, they still took off over $100 of the deposit. Booking process was easy and smooth. management company responses very quickly for questions and/or concerns. pool was clean and warm with the heater on. just perfect for us. a little disappointed with the placing of TV in the bunk bed room. with the wall mount, you were not able to see the TV from either bunk. an adjustable mount should have been used. a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the home for my arrival. hopefully the problem will be fixed for future guests. home had the basics for your needs. perfect location, not to far from Mickey or downtown Disney. a nice 10-15 min ride.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, people with disabilities.
Owner response: We appreciate all feedback on our properties. This is the first time we received feedback on the TV location and will look into the suggestion. We were notified of a few items found under a bed that were apparently missed by the cleaning staff of which we responded to immediately. Thank you for the feedback.
