  It is the perfect place for our visit to Hot Springs. We enjoyed every aspect of our trip. This place is the perfect location and accomidations are exactly as stated. This was our second stay here and we certainly plan on being there next year as well. I have even suggested to my girlfriends that this would be the perfect place for our trip also.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

  Just back from a long weekend in Hot Springs and were very pleased with this newer 2 bedroom condo in a great location just off Central. Nice and clean with very comfortable furnishings and beds! The owner has stocked this nicely with all the necessities and even left a goody bag! The only negative was stained carpet and an ant problem in the hall bath. Would definitely book this condo again!

  The condo was fabulous. The only thing I think the owner should add is WiFi. Other than that, we had a great time. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. We would like to use the condo again in the summer time!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was quite comfortable, clean, and very spacious. We enjoyed being centrally located, and felt that was a big plus. It was just a few miles from the downtown historic section of Hot Springs where we spent most of our free time shopping and walking around the park. Also, every morning of our stay we enjoyed our breakfast on the patio which felt open but with much privacy. We would definitely considering returning and will recommend this to our friends.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

  The condo looks just like the pictures. Very convient to everything. Very clean. Very easy access. No hassels. The only negative was kitchen was not stocked very well with dishes. We only had 3 plates, no skillet but we got by. We would definately stay here agin.
