Finished nicely, and professionally decorated, this condo stands out against the competition. Beautiful furniture, and large flat screen tv, with direct tv. make it feel like a home away from home. It is about 1450 square feet, and has a fantastic floor plan. There is no wasted space. The cathedral ceiling gives the main room a nice open feel that will insure your comfort.
The Stainless Steel appliances in the kitchen are a cooks dream; the tiled patio, complete with a grill and table, is the perfect outdoor living space!
There is King Bed in the master, and a Queen Beds in the 2nd bedroom, and an inflatable mattress available. You can sleep 7 people, if you use the couch as an additional sleeping surface.
Conveniently located just off of Central Ave., you will be close to everything. Wal-greens is just down at the corner, for all of those last minute incidentals. Wal-Mart is only 1.5 miles away, and Cornerstone Shopping Center in about 1/2 mile away. The Temperance Hill Outlet Mall is just 2 miles away, and the Hot Springs Mall (with the "Behind the Mall Cinema) is approximately 3 miles away. The new Central Plaza with Sam's and Best Buy is 1.75 miles away (see map) and Central Cinema 10 is less than 3 miles away. The Go Cart Track is not even a block away! There is so much to do, you won't have a minute's time to be bored.
Applebee's, Ruby Tuesday's, Outback Steakhouse, Chili's, On the Border, New China, McAllister's Deli, Osaka's, Dixie Cafe, Perkin's and many more are all within 5 miles! Whatever you are in the mood for, you can be there in mere minutes!
With costs very similar to local hotels, you are getting a great deal.

The condo was fabulous. The only thing I think the owner should add is WiFi. Other than that, we had a great time. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. We would like to use the condo again in the summer time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was quite comfortable, clean, and very spacious. We enjoyed being centrally located, and felt that was a big plus. It was just a few miles from the downtown historic section of Hot Springs where we spent most of our free time shopping and walking around the park. Also, every morning of our stay we enjoyed our breakfast on the patio which felt open but with much privacy. We would definitely considering returning and will recommend this to our friends.

The condo looks just like the pictures. Very convient to everything. Very clean. Very easy access. No hassels. The only negative was kitchen was not stocked very well with dishes. We only had 3 plates, no skillet but we got by. We would definately stay here agin.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
