There are two bedroom suites on the main floor complete with office and steam shower. All bathrooms have heated floors. Upstairs, with commanding ocean views, is the master suite with sitting area and view deck complete with his and hers lounge chairs. The master bedroom offers a walk in closet and a master bath with Jacuzzi tub, two sinks and an ocean view window in the shower. The second bedroom suite upstairs has French doors opening onto the patio, a work station and private bath with mountain views.

About the owner: We are a family of 4 that have children who are in the process of growing up and getting involved with sports which make it difficult to visit our beach home as much as we would like to. We would like to share our wonderful home at the beach with others who share a common regard for a quality lifestyle on the beach in Santa Barbara.
