  We stayed for a quick 4 day vacation and were very comfortable in the house. It is much bigger inside than the pictures make it seem and definitely has more space that the outside appearance shows. The location was out of downtown yet on a busy street, which made it accessible to get around but still had frequent traffic. The house is well insulated and you can't hear any of the outside activity from indoors. Each evening we set up a couple chairs in front and were able to easily relax. There are a couple of blemish areas in the house, but nothing major and nothing that deterred from the experience of staying there. We would definitely be interested in coming back when we return to the area.

  This house was so inviting and truly felt like a home away from home. It's in a great location to access all our horsey points of interest easily - and the dogs loved having a back yard to play in! It was so very inviting and had all we needed for a great stay. We were sad to leave but we will certainly be back!

  Recommended for: Pet owners, girls getaway.

  The house was a wonderful place and fit our stay perfectly. We spent the week at Thanksgiving visiting our son and family. Our daughter and her family came along and the house provided us with room to spreadout. There was also a big back yard for the kids to run. The home owner was helpful even providing items we needed and the house very clean and was fully equiped for the stay. We look forward to staying on our next visit. Thank you!

  Stayed the 2nd weekend of October and had a great stay. Everything that was needed was at our finger tips. House was in immaculate shape. Also stayed across the street at the owner's other listing and found it equally enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

  I stayed here to visit my daughter who attends UK and found this to an excellent choice. The house has everything you need for a great vacation. It was spotless with a large backyard and easy to find. It took only about 10mins to get to the campus. It is highly recommended and the owner is more than helpful...This is a great place for familys or 4-5 people attending events in the lexington area. Go Cats.!!!!!!!!
