I've had the opportunity to stay at the condo twice, once in the winter and once in the summer. The accomodations are so comfortable and clean. I've spent twice as much and received less quality than this condo. I had to contact the owner the first time I stayed as a result of a mixup on my part and they were so accomodating and friendly. I've recommended this condo to friends and they have enjoyed the unit as much as I have. The two bathrooms are wonderful for families. It makes getting ready in the morning so much easier. The other nice thing is this unit is just a block away from free bus service that gets you all over Steamboat.

This was an AWESOME place to stay for our family of 4. We were in Steamboat for a baseball tournament. We have stayed in other condos but we will definitely try to stay here again. My boys are 12 and 7 and they do not like sharing a bed. There were two futons so that they each had their own. :-) The queen bed was very comfy and it was great that there two bathrooms - just like home. The pool was perfect for all of us to relax and play in after the games. The condo was extremely clean and everything that was listed to be in the condo was. The owner was VERY helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend a family of 4 or less to stay in this condo. We will be back. Thank you for a great weekend experience.

Great weekend stay
Great weekend stay
My dad and I went up for a July weekend of fly fishing and bike riding. I selected this condo because it seemed like a good value, we were not disappointed. The complex is a fairly pedestrian mix of townhomes and owner/renter occupied condos. Not much to look at but it was quiet and everyone was friendly. The inside of the unit was nicely done and was perfect for us. We had one bedroom with attached bath, a pull out futon, kitchen, dining room table, and second bathroom. The unit was clean with nice sheets and towels, and a washer/dryer. The size was perfect for us to relax in the evening after being out and around in the Steamboat Springs area all day. The unit is an easy five minute drive, or so, from downtown. We did not use the pool or hot tub but they are steps away from the condo. Also, two nice TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) with cable and at least one DVD player. The owner was helpful and easy to reach. We would definitely stay here again. Its a good value, less expensive with more amenities than the Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn down the street. I will recommend this condo to friends and families. A side note - in my opinion the condo would probably be a bit crowded with more than three adults. A couple in the bedroom with kids or one other person sleeping on the pull out futons would probably be best.
