Walk or bicycle, sidewalk all the way, or drive. There's a beautiful pavilion built 2008 with rest rooms and a staffed bbq restaurant at the Old Coast Guard Station, and about 300 parking spaces, all free. Or, enjoy the pool at the condo (closed in cool weather months). EASY RESERVATIONS: Call (or click on e-mail below) with credit card or for address to send check for half the total. If you cancel, we refund all we can recover from another tenant.---EASY RATES: Shown below, easy to calculate, just add up days/weeks/months desired, and that is grand total, nothing added (except if you stay only 1 or 2 nights, a $60 cleaning fee is added).---EASY TO GET IN: You get a numerical code to enter condo and you are in fast. No paperwork to sign or chasing realtors begging for keys.---EASY TO STAY CONNECTED: The owner provides each condo unit with its own AT&T high speed wireless internet connection. Of course a land line phone is also provided.---EASY TO ENJOY ISLAND WITH OWNER'S TIPS: Owner sends an email with suggestions for inexpensive day trips, restuarants, secret pier for fishing (see photos of Davis family catch below--this is NOT the "Village" pier), best beachfront playground, even a low country boil recipe.

This clean well maintained condo with pool/tennis set among huge live oaks is the best location on the island to anything you want to do. Our retired master carpenter handyman works a monthly punch list to keep our place in great shape. It's a short walk or bike ride (4 free cruiser bikes on your patio) up the sidewalk to the beach at the Old Coast Guard Station (public white powdery sand swimming beach, about 300 yards wide, gets deep very gradually, drive and park in free public parking lot if you don't care to walk). This is also close to Massengale Park, a beachfront public park on Ocean Boulevard with swings, big shade trees, grills, and picnic tables.

Please note "East Beach" is the island's swimming beach, about 300 yards wide, where you can walk for miles any time of year. This townhouse condo is close to King and Prince and all the restaurants there, and close to the Village area. Bikes are included(helmets not provided).

A reserved marked parking space is just 25 feet from your door. Queen bed and a twin bed in one bedroom, two double beds in the other, one full bath upstairs, half bath downstairs, all linens, towels, cookware furnished. A charcoal grill and two wrought iron tables and 6 chairs (and the 4 bikes) are on your patio. No pets or smoking indoors.

Stay anywhere else on St. Simons (like the Village/Mallery area)and you WILL come to our place whenever you want to go to the beach-- there is NO BEACH at the Village area-- all seawall against the sea. The beach is by us.

    • Had a great time. A wonderful place to relax. The condo was very comfortable, I stayed in both F8 and F2, the ammentites were excellent, well mantained. The onwer was so very helpful and gave great advice on where to eat and places to go. The condo is located in the best place on the island,so easy to get to everything. Plus the rates are very reasonable. I throughly enjoyed my 3 weeks.

    • This is a wonderful and comfortable place to stay - like a home away from home. The location is perfect - close to beach, restaurants, village. We walked every where and enjoyed taking the bikes as well. We really did not want to leave as evidenced by the fact that we altered our scheduled 3 days in Savannah down to 1 day just to stay in St. Simon's longer. It's a long trip for us but so worth it. I hope to spend 2 weeks next year and a whole month the following year. Owners were so easy to work with and very accomodating.

    • Looking forward again to our yearly trip to St. Simons and this great condo. This is our fourth year. This condo has everything we need and more. Clean, close to beach and village. Beds are very comfortable. Owner is extremely accomodating and a great guy. Try it for yourself. You will not be disappointed!

    • Great central location and very comfortable beds. Easy to ride around to all the areas whether by car or bikes. Kitchen had everything we needed. And the pool and ping pong became a favorite thing to do espcially while washing. Wi-fi in both condo and at the pool keeps you connected. Owner is pleasant to deal with, with no problems. We will be back and next year hopefully for two weeks!

    • Although I didn't get a chance to take my trip to St. Simons and stay at this property, I would like to comment on the wonderful cooperation I received from the property owner. First of all, when I decided to stay at this property and notified him, he was very cooperative, pleasant and always had a quick response to any questions I may have had. When I sadly had to notify him that I was not going to be able to make my trip, he upheld his refund policy and returned my deposit in a very timely manner. Hopefully, I will get a chance to visit St. Simons and this property next year.

      The kind comment is much appreciated. We would add that the refund policy is, that we refund 100% of what we can recover by renting to another party for the same dates. So far, we have always had enough notice from cancelling guests to give an 100% refund, but that may not always be possible if no other guest takes the cancelled dates. We simply want to be clear that we do not have a "guaranteed" refund policy, but instead, it depends on getting a substitute guest for the same dates.

    • We had a wonderful visit to the island! The condo is VERY clean and newly renovated. There is plenty of sleeping room and all the decor has a relaxed feel. The kitchen is well equipped and feels larger than it appears. The pool has been upgraded and is very nice. Bicycles are provided with this rental, which is a big deal on St. Simon's. It is in a great location, close to everything. The owner made this rental very quick and easy! My family really enjoyed this condo and all its "perks". We will certainly stay here again!

    • Our stay couldn't have been more enjoyable. The townhouse was equipped with EVERYTHING we needed. You know how sometimes you're disappointed when you actually get to a place you've rented? This unit EXCEEDED ALL of our expectations. Perfect location, clean, well maintained grounds, everything in working order (right down to the blender for those all-important margueritas!). The owners were very helpful with info about the area and the rental. We can't wait to come back. It was a perfect vacation spot.

    • This was our first visit to St. Simons. It is truly a spectacular place, with lots to see and do. We enjoyed it all from this condo, which is so conveniently located to everything. The unit is clean, comfortable, easy to live in and has everything needed for a vacation. We will definitely keep this one in our plans for the future.
