This is a NEWLY REMODELED spacious 2 bedroom & 2 full bath condo located on the 2nd floor of a 22 unit property. The master bedroom currently has a large CALIFORNIA KING size bed. The master bedroom has its own master bathroom. It also has access to one of the two balconies. Both balconies offer clear views of the ocean.
The guest bedroom offers Twin over Full Bunk bed with an additional twin sofa sleeper and its own full bathroom. Both rooms have their own TV with cable & DVD players. A newly remodeled kitchen provides all the comforts of home. The courtyard offers grills for your cookouts and a wonderful swimming pool for your lounging needs. Wireless high speed internet access is available.
Tradewinds is a family friendly property and located directly on a bike path which makes walking/biking easy. Shopping and numerous oceanside restaurants are within walking distance. Lots of activities await you within 5-10 miles; parasailing, scuba diving, fishing, cruises, aquariums, water parks, state parks, antiques, cooking schools, etc.

This place is very clean and in the perfect location . Away from noise and crowd. The beach is very clean and water is clear, the sand is white like sugar. Perfect place for family. Don't look at pictures just come and you will be amazed how nice this unit is. Much, much, much better than you can see on the pictures. and the owner was very nice. Thank you we will be back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Condo was nicely decorated and clean. Owner was easy to work with as well as on-site manager. We have been vacationing in the Destin area for 9 years and would definitely recommend this condo to others. Location was perfect! Favorite places: Pompano Joe's, Dewey Destin's (original), Jordano's Pizza, Village of Baytowne, Harbor Walk, Destin Commons. We hope to stay here again next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

It was a beautiful condo with a beutiful view. It was so relaxing. I can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Perfect location, true to the pictures and description, easy people to deal with, awesome views, AWESOME smells and sounds from Pompano Joe's. 2nd annual family vacation to Destin...will be back....far enough from the hustle and bustle....close enough to everything there is to do in and around Destin......for the price, you cannot go wrong!!!!!!(Even if the cost was greater, it would still be a steal...PLEASE DON'T CHANGE YOUR RATES!!)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Love the location of this condo. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Beach is right across the street and close to many restaurants. Clean and well maintained by the owner. Can't wait to go back again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

We love this area and this condo for two reasons; great location and wonderful accommodations. This condo is a great escape and provides more room and better amenities than any hotel. There is ample room for a family of four or even six. The beach is at your feet within 200 yds, it doesn't get any better!

This condo is right across the street from the beach with wonderful views of the ocean. Pompano Joe's is a quick walk which allows for even better views with superb cocktails and a mixed menu. Silver Sands outlet mall is about 2 miles east from the condo. Baytowne Warf is about 4 miles east and offers a great evening for adults and children with a zip line and eclectic eateries.
