Imagine sitting on the deck while the grill is is going cooking that perfect t-bone steak! Sounds tempting doesn't it. Well this 3 story, 3600 sq ft lakeside property is packed with amenities including your own porch swing.
If you're and avid boatsman or just a weekend water warrior, our 400 sq. foot covered 2 slip boat house is perfect to dock that bass boat or pontoon boat while you go inside and cool off and play a little pool on our regulation pool table located in the basement. There is also a sitting area around the basement fireplace and wall mounted TV. There is also an entrance to lake from the basement.
Don't be afraid to bring along the entire family because this house has a whopping 5 bedrooms! The Master Suite upstairs has its own bathroom with a whirlpool tub, his and hers sinks, and a full shower. The Master Suite also has a TV and DVD player. There are also two separate rooms off the master suite. Each room contains a set of bunk beds - sleeps 4. It also has 3.5 baths so no worries there either.
A spacious living room with a nice rock fireplace on the main floor along with a flat screen TV and DVD player will be the feature of nights at the house. The dining room will easily sit 10 people. The kitchen bar will also sit four. There is also plenty of room for those who choose to eat outside when weather permits. The main floor bedroom has a queen bed and a twin size bed in the corner nook of the room. This bedroom as its own bathroom as well as its own television and DVD player.
The basement bedroom contains two full size beds. It also has a view of the lake. Plenty of room for 4 people.
The full kitchen will also make for a nice add on. A home cooked meal lakeside will be a real treat! Not big into cooking on vacation? Not a problem. This lake house is located just minutes from downtown Guntersville with plenty of fine dining and fast food too!

My whole family( husband, 2 kids. Aunts, uncle, mom and grandfather.. It was AWESOME!!! Mark was very nice. He made sure we had everything we needed. The house was wonderful!!! The view was awesome!!! When we go back we will defiantly stay here again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Terrific lakehouse. Very close to what we expected. Best part is the spaciousness and sleeping accomodations. My mother, brother and his wife, had seperate bedrooms. My wife and I plus my daughter, son-inlaw, two grandchildren all sharred the upstairs master suite with two extra rooms with bunk beds. Beautiful view, nice boat house, relaxing deck, good parking, and a near-by sand bar for the kids. We have a pontoon boat and found the access good, all though itwas only 3 ft deep. We enjoyed the fire pit as well. The house had everything you need. Just brought food and drinks. Only thing missing was propane for the grill, e-mailed the owner, and a propane bottle was delivered. You will like the convenient access to Guntersville shopping, resturaunts, and the nearest boat dock was near by. Recommend launching the boat before driving your towed trailor to the house as the access road is narrow with tight curves. Overall... A fantastic house, very nice lake, and we had a wonderful time!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

The house was scenic with multi-level decks and a wonderful boathouse. The landscaping was beautifully maintained and the palm trees gave it a tropical feel. Ideal for 3 families beause each family could have their own private floor. Very convenient to shopping. A sandy beach was only a few yards from the dock. For Memorial Weekend Saturday, a houseboat with live music was anchored only yards from our dock. What a great weekend!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a wonderful time at your home on the lake. The setting was just gorgeous and our grandchildren enjoyed fishing and using the kayaks. We were so lucky that the weather was perfect the three days we were there. The accommodations worked out well for our family and the kitchen was roomy and easy to work in. We could've used more silverware, but my son brought extra. Also, a mixer would be nice, but maybe not everyone cooks!! Thanks again and we will certainly rent again some time when we have the opportunity. Thanks for returning our missing items. We Really loved the house and had a wonderful time. We used the fire pit to roast hot dogs and marshmallows with the kids while the men enjoyed the football game on TV Saturday night. The kids enjoyed fishing from the dock and one of the girls caught 19 Brim in two days. She was so proud! The only problem at all that we had was there were no blankets on the beds. We got cold at night, especially in the basement rooms. Other than that, our stay was wonderful and we will stay again if we can. Thanks so Much! LorriDid you find this review helpful? My family and I spent a 4-day Labor Day weekend at the Blue Marlin. We had a fabulous time. The weather was great. It was a really fun weekend. The house is very comfortable and Mr. Mark Beaver is a very nice person to rent a house from. I needed a vacuum cleaner and he brought it to me right away. Thank you Mr. Beaver for allowing us to spend a very fun-filled holiday in your lake house.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
