Full month rentals only. This beautiful home is located in Lake Ashton's premier adult community. Children are permitted for short term stays. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the large master bath has 2 sinks and a shower. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd bath has a tub/shower. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a fully enclosed lanai. The kitchen is fully equipped. All linens are provided. Full month rentals only.
NO GOLF is included, but there are plenty of public courses in the area.
Lake Ashton has many amenities. There are indoor and outdoor pools, two fitness centers, billiards, card rooms, craft rooms, dog parks, shuffleboard, tennis, racquetball, and an indoor basketball court, computer labs, plus more. Two lakes are in Lake Ashton, one has a boat ramp and dock for fishing and boating. A restaurant is on the premises and also a bank.
A 2-car garage and a golf cart are included for renter's use
