You will be welcomed by our property manager, Owner Direct Vacation Rentals(ODVR) at 1610 Hwy 17S in North Myrtle Beach. We will issue you a Ticket to the Town, which can save you money on golf, dining, and shopping during your visit. They can also provide you with the best GOLF PACKAGES on the Grand Strand. ODVR is your point of contact and offers renters concierge services, maintenance, and other services needed when visiting.
This 2 BR, 2 Bath golf villa is clean, crisp, and spacious at 1450 SQ FT. It has cathedral ceilings and is on the 3rd floor. BR 1 has a King split which can be split into 2 twins; 2nd BR has 2 twins and there is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. A large, fully-equipped kitchen, complete with full-sized appliances is ready for cooking and dining. The bedroom offers beautiful golf course views, and you are a short walk to the community pool here in The Havens.
Barefoot Resort is the premier vacation location on the Grand Strand. The 2300-acre master planned resort is nestled in a tropical paradise just across the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway & Marina. Barefoot hosts four championship golf courses: Greg Norman, Pete Dye, Davis Love and Tom Fazio. The golf club house is open to the public with excellent dining facilities and sweeping views of the golf courses.
Barefoot Landing is adjacent to the resort, with over 100 shops and restaurants, such as The House of Blues, Greg Norman's Australian Grille, T-Bonz, Fire Island, and more. You may enjoy many hours strolling through the beach shops, across the bridges and lake, and feeding the ducks and turtles. The Alabama Theatre features a great live show called The ONE Show and is nothing short of Broadway talent.

An adventurous Broadway at the Beach attraction is the 500-FT Zip line that takes you over the lake and rope courses. The newest attraction is WonderWorks which will spark the imagination and stimulate the mind. Visitors to the attraction will enjoy a variety of experiences including being blown away by 74 mile per hour hurricane-force winds, a bed of nails, moving a ball with your mind, and much, much more!
