Our house is located in the Sonoma Valley, which is rich in vineyards and enjoys fabulous weather.
The Oakmont community is located on Highway 12 in the 'Valley of the Moon', between Annadel State Park and Mount Hood Regional Park.
The community is a vibrant, 55+ community. As a monthly renter you will have access to all facilities, including 3 pools, tennis,gym and other recreational activities.
Our house is located on the 10th fairway of the East Course of the Oakmont Golf Club. The East Course is rated as the best executive course in Northern California. The West Course is a full length, 18-hole course. Both can be viewed on their website - the link is below.
Our home on the 10th fairway is walking distance to East Clubhouse. We provide 2 sets of well-used clubs and pull carts for our guests' enjoyment. If you are not a golfer, you can enjoy strolling the scenic streets of Oakmont, hiking the parks, cycling the surrounding country roads or just sampling the local wines at the many vineyards.
With respect to pets, we have flexibility to accommodate dogs in certain circumstances (we do require an additional damage deposit). Please inquire.
We purchased this house in 2010 and have furnished it with modern, tasteful decor. Our home is ready for visitors-you will find it totally user-friendly.
The weather is fantastic all year round. You will love it here.
