Location: This condo is located in a very vibrant and unique part of Saskatoon. Located on what was previously called" five corners off Broadway" On the Corner of University Dr. and Broadway Ave. This city's arts and cultural headquarters would be Broadway Ave. Along Broadway you have lots of Trendy Coffee shops, Restaurants and Bars as well as designer clothing stores. Unique one of a kind shops and residential houses are also in the area. Each summer Saskatoon hosts a outdoor street music festival called " the fringe festival" which is located along Broadway. Walking North out the front door takes you along University Dr. which is an Upscale highly sought after residential area. Houses here are older large Character style homes along the river and property values are quite high as the name suggests you would be within walking distance to the University of Saskatchewan Campus.
Going West out the front door takes you either across the Broadway Bridge and into Downtown or into the many walking and biking trails along the Saskatchewan River.

This property's location is excellent - right on Broadway, with a great view of the river from the large balcony. The condo is well equipped, comfortable and quiet. We found it to be a very pleasant home during our stay in Saskatoon. And the owner was wonderful to work with. I have recommended this property to other family members who visit Saskatoon from time to time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Not only is the location and view great but the condo was also amazing. This condo has everything you would want and more. The owner was very accommodating and helpful and really aimed to ensure my stay was the best it could be. He looked after everything! I would definately stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family. Thanks again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.
