THE SKALKAHO POOR FARM... Originally built in 1910, this Skalkaho ("land of the beaver") homestead was one of the original farms on the eastside of the Bitterroot Valley. Over the years, its orchard has produced apples, pears, apricots, and plums. Don't be surprised if our friendly Arabian horses greet you at the gate!
